- DHDavid HickamApr 21, 20261.0Unfortunately, the installation was so poorly done that I had to hire a separate professional to fix the work. I tried contacting the Amarillo location three times while the flooring was still under warranty but didn't receive the support I needed and eventually stopped trying. Now, three years later, the floors they installed are separating, which only reinforces the issues from the original install. This was my second purchase with LL, and it will absolutely be my last. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go with any other flooring company, this one is a joke.

Submitted a return was told 7-10 business days still no refund. I called they said they messed up the return. So going on another 7-10 lumber liquidator days till I find out if I get a refund or not. I highly recommend looking somewhere else.
