It’s been a while since I’ve had this kind of efficiency from someone I’ve hired. It was really a welcome change. Thanks very much !

Caleb and Caleb talked me through my options, and were up front about what need to be done and what could be ignored. While they were here, we started discussing everything else I eventually wanted done and my financial concerns in addressing all of them. They immediately called out 2 more techs to answer all of my question and discuss my long term options. All told, they spend 4 hrs going through everything I wanted and finding a solution that addressed all my concerns while staying within my budget.
