- KFK Fletcher1 day ago1.0Don’t use them anymore for AC repair. We’ve been loyal customers for years now but the service has definitely gone down. We got a whole new system last September and have already had issues with it. Turns out they botched the new install with the wrong size unit and never fixed leaks they said they did. Very disappointed.

- BJBlanca JasoApr 30, 20261.0I called because my washer was backed up. Technician arrived and looked at my clean out and let me know what the problem was. He gave me a quote and I asked if I was able to pay with my home warranty insurance. He excused himself and went to his vehicle. Moments later the main office calls and tells me that unfortunately, I was not able to pay with my home warranty. I said ok, that is fine I understand I will find someone that will take my insurance. I said I will pay the $99 to the technician and I will find someone else. I waited and waited for the technician to come back so I could pay him. I had to get back to work. I looked out my window and the technician was sitting in his vehicle on his phone. By now I believe around 10 min had gone by so I called the main office and paid them over the phone. I could not wait for the technician any longer as I needed to return to work. I just feel that if the technician would have came back and explained to me why they couldn’t take my home warranty I could have paid him and we could have both been on our way. I know his time is valuable as mine is.
