  After moving into our home and finding out none of our Ethernet ports were wired up, I was quite mad with the home builder. A quick Google search turned up Frank's and I figured it was worth a shot. After a 10 minute call we had an appointment 2 days later and it was all been taken care of that same day! Frank visited personally to get things rolling and Sheldon finished up the job, both with great customer service acumen! The work required was explained thoroughly and the work was done quickly. Everything was checked before they packed up and we're still running good today. I have no complaints and I know who I'll call if I need help with anything else at my home!

  Benjamin provided an estimate for installation of a new gas line to our home and two new appliance stubs inside. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and explained all options available to us. The estimate was available almost immediately. Overall Benjamin did an outstanding job. Thank you.

  Eric was courteous and respectful. He even helped me by changing a light bulb. This was awesome to me! He wished me a “Blessed Day” which also warmed my heart. He was so good I wonder what he would rate ME as a coustomer! ☺️

  I wasn’t super impressed. I called Friday to get an appointment. They said they would be there at 6:30. I had things to do but I waited around until 7:00 and finally left. There was no way to get a hold of the tech to see where he was. They finally called and said it would be tomorrow before they came. They did get there the next day. It was just a simple capacitor but the bill was over $500. I thought it was a little steep on the price just to replace a capacitor on the unit but that’s opinion.

  If I could give “ZERO” Stars, I definitely would! So, I called Frank’s Repair Plumbing back in March. I’ve given it enough time to get the actual problem rectified so that I can give an accurate review based on the work accomplished initially by Franks Repair Plumbing, what Franks said the problem was and what the actual problem was after two additional, identical assessments by other plumbing companies, versus what has been done to actually fix the issue (which matched what the other two independent plumbing companies said the problem was, very clearly contradicting Franks assessment, which was not even close to what Franks claimed the issue was). I had an appointment set for 8 am (first appointment of the day which was set the previous week, so it was not a last minute appointment) When they did not show by 9:30am, I called and found out that they ended up scheduling another client instead, which according to them, was a more important job - red flag number one, they value clients based on money made instead of keeping their word, an integrity issue. As such, throughout the day, they kept putting me off, and could not give a valid reason - mind you, it cost me a full day of work waiting on them to not honor an appointment made instead of just a few hours in the morning had the appointment been kept, and this is because they did not honor their appointment time as I was available as agreed to, but that showed me that they certainly didn’t care about that. They finally showed up late in the afternoon and cleared my clog within a few minutes and then tried to quote me $11,500 for the problem to be fixed correctly (which was a made up problem come to find out-they claimed the whole sewer needed to be replaced) and then the plumber tried to sell me some membership, which thank God I didn’t sign up for because after spending the money on the astronomical bill that Franks charged for the clog to be unclogged, would have just been more money “down the drain” (pun intended). As such, it turns out they misdiagnosed the problem and I was able to get the repair done for $2000, not requiring the sewer to be replaced or digging up my yard, which was not even associated with what they said the problem was (again, a problem that they made up that didn’t even exist), and we haven’t had a problem since (again, I gave it the last 5 months before making this review to ensure that the issue didn’t return, which the plumber with Franks said that the problem would return within the next three weeks of him unclogging the pipe and because I lived in a town outside of their area, he would have to return to fix within their 30 day warranty window). Additionally, they don’t work with homeowners warranty. I definitely would not recommend this company to anybody and would not contact them if they were the only plumbing company available. I’ll save my money and still be able to figure it out myself better than they can.
