Josue did a wonderful job searching for the sound I kept hearing. He cleaned and detailed the unit finding out the reason. He put it all back together and tighten all the screws. He fixed the sound as we no longer hear. Thank you Josue for taking the time to search and fix the air conditioner. He was very professional and polite.

Jayden Alejandro came out today and serviced our air and heating system. Was very polite and professional. He explained every step he took and changed the filters also. The young man is a credit to his craft and Avalos Heating and Air.

We received the utmost service from Bo (contract) as well as Jayden, Joseph and Izaiah. Each explained the process and what to expect. Gracious. Cleaned up afterwards and thanked us for coming in. They saved the day and our health. They stayed on top of following up. God bless y'all

I highly recommend Avalos Heating & Air! Our HVAC system died in the middle of the night, and I called first thing in the morning. I spoke with Angel, and she was wonderful from the start. She communicated clearly, was incredibly helpful, and worked to get someone out to us as quickly as possible. Beau and Isaiah came that afternoon, and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable they were. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem and focus on fixing what was wrong rather than immediately pushing us toward replacing the entire system. Beau, Isaiah, and Joseph all helped with our HVAC, and every one of them was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I especially appreciate that they genuinely tried to repair our system instead of jumping straight to a replacement. They even offered to loan us portable coolers to help keep our home comfortable while we were dealing with the issue, which was incredibly thoughtful. I really appreciate all of their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!
