  Every time I’ve called Amarillo Air Conditioning after hours they show up within half an hour and have us sorted out quickly. Amazing service!

  Was informed when scheduling that there would be no cost for them to evaluate the AC and then charged $99 evaluation fee. If they were honest and upfront about the fee, I would have needed to wait till next when I would have the funds versus causing my account to go delinquent. The techs were great and thorough but i wish the business was more honest when scheduling their appointments. Update: they called promptly and offered a full refund and were very professional and understood their chat system miscommunicated.

  Have a two story home with 2 separate units. Other places wanted to charge $99 estimate per unit. Amarillo Air charged me $99 for the whole house. Needed a new capacitor for the downstairs unit and a blower motor for the upstairs unit. Got both issues fixed but ran into an unrepairable problem. Justin was really awesome getting the repairs done and an estimate for a replacement. Didn’t charge me for what couldn’t be 100% fixed, even though he put in a lot of time and effort. I can see why Amarillo air has 5 stars now. Will definitely use in the future. Send Justin again.
