  We hired this company to install a true radiant barrier, but the product installed was not what we understood we had contracted for. We were not given a revised contract, amendment, or clear written explanation that the product and scope of work had changed or that the installed product might provide significantly less benefit. We relied on the company’s expertise and were not adequately advised about the product’s limitations or other possible solutions. Afterward, another insulation professional told us that options such as foam insulation and addressing our three large skylights should have been considered, particularly because our home continued to experience excessive heat during the hottest part of the day. We also learned that portions of the radiant barrier work may not have been completed properly. Despite spending thousands of dollars and having a new A/C unit, the underlying problem has not been resolved. We are very disappointed with the lack of transparency, communication, and results. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. Anyone considering hiring them should carefully verify exactly what product will be installed, obtain all changes in writing, and seek independent opinions about whether the proposed solution is appropriate for their home. I will draw you attention the the last paragraph of our invoice. The original foil which was not installed was to block radiant heat, helping keep your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Why on earth would we install this if we weren’t going to have a more efficient AC and heating system? You didn’t do the work as set forth in the contract, nor were we told the spray and paint would be way less efficient and effective. Bottom line is the work was not done as promised. I was told that the foil could be put in but your workers were just too lazy to do it and opted for the easier spray install

  Springtree Roofing and Restoration is incredible. They provided above and beyond communication and service with our bathroom remodel. We would not use any other company for this type of project. We will be using them again for all of our future home improvements.

  Jase has been the absolute best to work with. Him and his crew have been great to work to work with. They have replaced all the metal roofing, siding, and trim. Our house has more than one type of roofing as well as more than one type of siding. Jace has worked with us through the whole process. From dealing with the insurance company to the day they completed the job. There has been a lot of things that happened beyond mine and husband's control. We had to make a lot of changes as we went along. Jace, AJ, Jay, and the whole crew have been so helpful, flexible, and patient with all the changes we have had to keep making. I am finally loving my home. The outside of my home is beautiful and we have had so many compliments. We still have more work and as soon as the insurance aproves it I'll be getting ahold of Jace. I will definitely be referring Springtree to anyone that needs a great roofing and restoration company.

  You can’t get a better team of professionals when you hired Jay and his crew at Springtree Restoration. We hired Jay to correct all the mistakes our builder did to our metal roof. We’ve only experienced professional, courteous and always on time team.
