  My parents’ AC went out over the weekend, and after dealing with other companies that cancelled and rescheduled multiple times, we were incredibly relieved to find On The Spot HVAC. They were able to come out the same day and get everything resolved quickly. A huge shoutout to Aaron Sangalang, who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was properly taken care of. My father was incredibly impressed, which is saying a lot coming from him! 😂 We really appreciate the prompt service and excellent work. We will absolutely be recommending On The Spot HVAC to others in the Allen area!
