  First time using an AC service since buying my new home. A technician came by and serviced my unit and found to be a leak on the evaporator coil. They talked through my options, very professional. I agreed to the service and they came out next day. Crew was professional and quick, they where careful with my house and did good work. Johnny Led me through the process very clearly. Great person. In conclusion, great service just pricy but if you want no headaches, professional work, quick and easy id hire them

  Aaron S. Saved the day. Quick troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair as well as some very helpful tips to keep my system running efficiently. Plus, this was a last minute service call because the company I initially scheduled waited until 3pm to tell me they couldn't come today. Hands down this was an inexpensive, quick and personable experience and I will recommend this company to anyone, and remember them the next time I need them. Thanks again On The Spot!

  I truly had a good experience with Andre Lemieux as my AC technician. I contacted On The Spot HVAC to do some preventive maintenance to my 2 ac units in prep for the hot summer. Also, I had notice water dropping from my aux condensation run off. Andre meticulously inspected the systems and provided recommendations on what needed attention. He also unclogged the primary ac drain in short order and cleaned residue left from the clean out. While I did not have him implement all the recommendations since some of them I could do myself, he truly impressed me with his knowledge and attention to detail. He also gave me some well appreciated tips on maintaining my system and was just overall personable. Thanks Andre and On The Spot for your help and professionalism.

  This is the second time we have used OTS HVAC. Once was over the Memorial Day weekend. They called back within 20 minutes of my call to them. Andre was at our house 20 later. He was efficient and professional. He resolved our issue and got the A/C back up and running quickly. We asked them to come out a second time, as our house is for sale and wanted to make sure it would pass with the inspector. Andre came out again and was just as professional and efficient. I highly recommend On The Spot HVAC for their fair pricing and excellent customer service.

  If I could give this company 10 ⭐️ I would. I’ve used there services for about 8 years now and Cody the owner is all about customer service and takes great care of his customers. It’s a family owned business and his team are excellent at what they do. Big shout out to Aaron and his coworkers as they are very professional, courteous, honest and take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend this company and Aaron. We had a coil go out on us about a month ago and due to shipping issues from the manufacturer it took about a month for the part to get here but Aaron would come out every time I called as the Freon would get low and they kept us cool until the part came and then replaced it promptly and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Don’t go to the big companies and pay the huge overpriced prices use the local family owned small business companies who treat you like family.
