  Andre was very thorough and professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. Would recommend Andre and On The Spot to anyone. We signed up for the regular maintenance program.

  We had 13 years old system which was costing $500 in repairs every few months with other company. I stopped that service contract and called On The Spot for repair this time. Patrick was straightforward and explained two options. To cut short, another expensive repair or install a new system which I was anyway expecting. He gave me a reasonable quote and we had our system replaced the next day. They did a nice clean job. Hoping this new system runs smooth for few years and doesn’t cost me $$.

  Excellent service provided by Aaron and the team. Install of new A/C, Heater and thermostat was completed in a very reasonable amount of time! Aaron took the time to explain the process and how to operate the new system and thermostat. We give On The Spot HVAC an A+! Excellent customer service, easy scheduling process, timely install and cleanup! Great job!

I went through multiple offers for new HVAC system replacement On the Spot company was the best. Good price+warranty , Great communication, time management, friendly and super clean. Jeff he is amazing he explained everything and help me out to get the best deal thank you Jeff🙏🏻 Installment Team leader Aaron he is such a great guy He contacted me a head of time, then he showed up with his great team on time he walk me through details while his team covering the working area. they were so quiet I didn’t even feel there is somebody working at home, 4 house later I heard a vacuum cleaning around then Aaron said we done I was shocked 4 hours wow and he asked me to grab the phone to connect the thermostat to wi-fi 10 minutes all done.
