  My parents recently had a corroded gas pipe on the side of our house that needed attention, and James Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. John was the technician who came out, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right away, you could tell John really knows his stuff. He explained the issue clearly, walked us through what needed to be done, and handled the repair efficiently and professionally. What stood out most was his honesty, it’s so refreshing and delightful to work with a plumber who isn’t trying to price gauge you or upsell unnecessary services. John focused on solving the problem the right way at a fair price, and we felt completely confident in his work. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.   John, the owner, is great to work with. He replaced my toilets in August 2023. I have not had any problems with them at all. Yesterday one of my sink drains came undone. He fixed it really quick. Give him a call when you have any Plumbing or gas problems.

  Honestly, I can't remember working with any contractor that was as willing to help as James. He bent over backwards to get my outside gas line leak fixed. Highly recommended.
