  Auger Pros Plumbing was amazing. They came within hours of our emergency call, fixed our clogged and overflowing, toilet, and had to. clear the outside line that was clogged. Very prompt and friendly and professional service. Wonderful people, and they constantly keep you posted on their arrival time and everything they are doing. I rate this as a five star company!

  I woke up to a leak in my garage, called my home service company and they dispatched Auger Pros. Ryan was very professional, timely, and great at communicating. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience (other than the leak that caused the visit 😞).

  As an appraiser, builder and homeowner, I've been dealing with plumbers for 45 years. Kory Sullivan is the most knowledgeable residential plumber I've met. He presented multiple options for solving our problem (under-slab water leak) and he and is team got it done with least disturbance possible. All of the team members were very polite and observed the appointment times. The front office is very "plugged in" and all communications came fast via both email and messaging. Estimates and final bill were PDF'd and were clear and fair. I am sold on Augerpros!

  Auger Pros Plumbing is a great company. I wasn’t getting any hot water and my pilot light wouldn’t come on in my old water heater They quickly came out and discovered there was a leak in the bottom where the rust had disintegrated and the tank needed to be replaced and the area needed to be brought up to code. Brendon West told me what needed to be done and what it would cost upfront. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and didn’t mind my Great Pyrenees being around. He went and got the new water heater and installed it so I only went without hot water for a short time. Great service!

  We had a kitchen sink leak less than 48 hours before leaving for vacation…so yeah, full-on panic mode. Enter AugerPros…absolute lifesavers…AS ALWAYS. They sent Hayden out, and the guy was an absolute pro. Showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got straight to work like he’d seen our exact problem a hundred times before. Within no time, he had the issue diagnosed, explained it in plain English (not “plumber code”), and fixed it without dragging things out or trying to upsell us on nonsensical BS. Honestly, he made what could’ve been a total vacation-ruining disaster feel like a minor inconvenience. At this point, AugerPros is just THAT company for us…the one you call when things go sideways and you need it handled now and handled right. We’ve dealt with other plumbers before…not even close to the same level. If you’re in a bind, call them. And if Hayden’s available, you just hit the jackpot!
