Easy to work with and great communication. My technician, Jordan, was very professional and kind. He also took time to explain things thoroughly.

Swat plumbing was the best I’ve ever used. Justin was the most polite and efficient tech I’ve ever used. Checked and changed out my Garbage Disposal in record time. He was great.

Excellent service. Dalton was very professional, and the owner called me seperately to ensure job was done to satisfaction. I'd very much call them again on my next plumbing issue

Over the weekend, I needed to call a plumber when the expansion tank on my water heater began leaking. I was unsure what might happen if the situation worsened, so I contacted my home warranty service to request assistance. I had previously informed them that if I ever needed plumbing services again, I preferred to work exclusively with S.W.A.T. Plumbing. On Monday morning, I received a call from Christi at S.W.A.T. Plumbing. She explained that although the plumber was finishing another job, she could have someone out later that afternoon. She told me that Scott H. would be handling the call and would contact me when he was on his way. About five minutes after our call ended, Christi called back to let me know that I would be Scott's next service stop. I really appreciated that level of communication. Less than forty five minutes later, Scott arrived at my home. Scott was professional from the moment he arrived. After a brief greeting, he immediately went to work. He confirmed my suspicion that the expansion tank was the problem, returned to his truck for tools and a replacement tank, and had the new tank installed within about twenty minutes. The repair was completed quickly, smoothly, and—most importantly—professionally. This was not my first experience with S.W.A.T. Plumbing, and it certainly will not be my last should the need arise again. This team truly knows how to take care of their customers. Thank you for inviting me to participate in this survey. I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback. If you have any follow up questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me.

SWAT Plumbing was recommended to us by way of our home warranty company (AHS). They came to our home and did an assessment of our leaking water heater. After the assessment, their representative Mr. Scott, told us due to code upgrades and inspection/permit costs our total out of pocket cost would be $1555 and we would need to pay $700 up front. When a company asks for money up front prior to the job being complete be careful. We paid $700 and received a hand written receipt because he did not have a receipt book on him. We had to supply the paper for him to even write the receipt on to have proof we actually gave him money (definite RED FLAG). My mom later suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if we had a warranty on the water heater. Indeed we did! They provided us with a notice to take to the appliance store to grab a brand new one and just pay the difference. We contacted SWAT Plumbing and informed them of the news and was told it would still cost us $1555 despite the fact they no longer had to provide the water heater. We were willing to pay for the labor, plus they were receiving $600 from AHS for completing the job. Which means they were getting over $2000 for a job that wasn't worth it due to the water heater being covered. We thought it was unfair for us to pay this amount so we decided to cancel the job and pay for it from our own pocket which was much cheaper! When we asked for our $700 back they gave us an envelope containging $500 stating they were keeping the $200 for a permit they applied for. They never completed the job! Why did they need a permit? Mr. Patterson did apply for a permit ($120) but never completed the job and stole our $200. We feel this company ripped us off and we intend to share our experience on every platform we can. Never take advantage of your customers. Remember its the customers that keep your business reputable.
