  We accidentally found Kenmark Homes in Parker County, Texas and decided to make one of their homes our forever home. From the beginning Kris Kiser, Community Sales Manager was welcoming and informative of the available houses and sharing insights of the community. Oscar Hernandez, the Building Superintendent, with his knowledge, and follow-up in regards to the many features the house had to offer gave credence to our decision to go with Kenmark. But the added benefit has been working with Colleen Donaldson, from the Warranty Department. She has followed up and addressed our requests in a timely manner each and every time. Her patience, ability to listen and respond in a quick and timely manner has been a blessing. Between these 3 remarkable people Kenmark stood above the other builders. We hope that Kenmark understands the professional standard these people display representing their company.

  After looking at new builds throughout the greater Fort Worth area and meeting with multiple builders, we decided to purchase a Kenmark Home. From start to finish, Kenmark Homes was head and shoulders above the competition. The build quality was fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. Even our independent home inspector commented on how impressed they were with the quality of the construction. Throughout the entire process, Kenmark Homes went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and that everything in the house was just right. Shane was the Kenmark representative we worked with, and I can't say enough good things about him. His attention to detail, understanding of what we wanted in a home, and communication throughout the process were outstanding. During our walk-throughs, Gunner, our Kenmark builder, was equally great. He took the time to address our questions and concerns and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. After living in the home for a couple of months, we continue to love it and couldn't be happier with our decision. We would highly recommend Kenmark Homes to anyone looking to build or purchase a new home!
