  As my husband prepare to retire from the Marine Corps in September 2026, we knew we needed to have a home waiting for us in Texas before the end of the year. In January, we reached out to our good friend and realtor, David Gonzalez, who connected us with the best sales representative we could have hoped for—Andy Perez. From being stationed in California until just before our home was completed, David, Andy, and our project manager, Josh, worked together every step of the way to make sure everything we envisioned, planned, and dreamed of became a reality. Even from across the country, Andy kept communication flowing between us, his team, and our realtor, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did to help us begin this next chapter of our lives.   We had THE BEST experience buying our new home at the Wilder by Ashton Woods! We were recommended this property by our teal estate agent Lizbeth Flores and let me say it did not disappoint! Upon arriving we were greeted by Andy Perez at the model home where he got to know us and explained the property to us a little bit. Andy had listened to what we were looking for and matched us perfectly with this home. He was very knowledgeable of not only the home, but also the property and the near by surroundings. Before we had left Andy did give us his number so we could reach out if we had any additional questions. Andy was very reachable which was very nice seeing we are from out of town. He was always quick to respond and super nice about everything and he never made us feel like we were bugging him even though we had a million questions. Buying a house here was the BEST decision we have ever made. Homes: 100000/10 Customer service: 1000000000/10 We not only recommend this property but Andy Perez for assisting you in buying your forever home.

  Andy was amazing help during the process of finding our home! Not to mention, the community is beautiful and it is still in the beginning phase. The peacefulness is what really sold me! My backyard takes me to a different place but still within decent distance to downtown SA. So happy with my experience thus far! Would highly recommend Andy for walk throughs and guidance. He is very personable.
