Let me include the timeline over the last two years for their repairs on our building! 2024: 5/11: Move in 5/14: Elevator 2 broken until 6/21 5/28: Elevator 3 broken 5/30: Freight elevator broken 2025: 4/17: Elevator 2 broken for two weeks 9/01: Elevator 2 broken until 9/10 9/29: Elevator 3 broken until 10/1 9/29: Freight elevator broken until 10/1 10/7: Freight elevator broken until 10/8 10/30: Elevator 3 broken until 10/31 9/29: Elevator 2 broken until 01/06 (promised every two weeks for a repair) 11/18: Freight elevator broken until 11/19 12/1: Freight elevator broken until 12/2 12/29: Elevator 3 broken until 1/6 2026: 1/19: Elevator 3 broken again 2/22: Trapped in elevator 2 for 10 minutes 1/23: Elevator 2 broken until 1/25 2/22: Elevator 2 broken until 2/24 3/12: Elevator 2 broken 3/28: Elevator 3 broken Seriously. whoever owns this place should be embarrassed.

My apartments are doing everything they can to get this fixed but THIS COMPANY is being negligent and not fixing their freaking elevators. Buyers beware; please go with another company for your elevators.
