  We liked everything. Our consultant Larry was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and really a very nice personality. So much so, that we chose to work with Patio Enclosures on the spot. The support staff, I dealt with Zoey, she was very informative, helpful and pleasant. Our patio enclosure was recently finished. Absolute perfection! I think our installers name was Rick. He is a master craftsman. He did a beautiful job and the project turned our spectacular, even better than we had envisioned.

  I placed an order March of 2026. First installation was end of May. They had issues with equipment and had to pause installation and wait for rest of items. They came out to partially finish September 2026 but still was not completed. We are now November 2026, job is not completed. I’ve spoke to Tiffany 30-40 times, very nice, each time asking for a manager to call me to resolve but no one calling. At this point we are hiring an attorney to unwind transaction!

  My husband handled this review ... overall the project turned out fine but there were issues along the way that should shared: 1) we had a large and expensive installation to fully enclose (using glass and sliding doors) our 1100 ft2 patio. We looked at 3 different companies and ultimately chose Patio Enclosures based on their design and the relationship work put in by their sales rep, Cody Rhodes (who was 5 star in this process). 2) after signing the deal, which was explained as a 5-8 week project and taking an initial 25% draw on the funds for the project, after almost 8 weeks there had been no progress. After inquiring, we were told that the permit was stuck with our town's permitting department. We followed up with the town and were told that the issue was actually on Patio Enclosures side and that because an affiliated company had outstanding permit issues, that they were restricted from any further permits being approved until those outstanding issues were addressed. Unfortunately, Patio Enclosures's team did not handle the communication here well as we got different answers from the multiple of people we spoke to in an effort to resolve the issue, including one person telling us they could start installation the next day if we chose to waive the permit (which was not permissible). As it turns out, Patio Enclosures had not even ordered materials while the issue was being worked, so the comment about starting the next day was at best inaccurate and at worst a possible outright lie. We ultimately spoke to their Regional Director who was able to explain the situation but could not offer any expected timeline for resolution, although by the time we spoke Patio Enclosures then took the 2nd 25% draw of funds to actually purchase materials (which could have been to prevent us canceling the order as we had been contemplating doing and had mentioned in one conversation - my husband was told that because they had ordered materials the day before that it was no longer possible to cancel the order/project). To be fair to Patio Enclosures, the permit issue was not theirs ... it was another company under their parent (Great Day Improvement) umbrella. However, from our discussions, it seems like this issue of not being able to transact business in our town (due to permit restrictions) may have been known at the time they agreed to take on our project, which I consider poor management of process. 3) the project was finally completed in mid-September, and while we are happy with the results (the Patio Enclosures team did really nice work and very quickly), I'm disappointed with the process we had to work through to get accurate information on what was occurring. My feedback to Patio Enclosures was and is "to do better", in terms of their training, communication, and process, to prevent a similar situation in future where they are signing a homeowner to a contract for a project that they don't know when they will be able to execute to. 4) again, their sales person, Cody, was excellent. When the issues first started to become apparent, he was quick to communicate with us and try to connect us with the right folks in the Patio Enclosures organization and help where he could - he is a star to be sure.

  One of the most difficult home improvement projects I have ever had to deal with. The project turned out fine, but after the company withdrew all their money from my checking without being close to being complete, still needing to install electricity , HVAC, and install the last pieces of glass . Nothing happened until I called asking when something was going to be completed, they were almost surprised the job was not complete. The contractors we’re fine, but Patio Enclosure was the most disorganized and difficult contractor I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

  We received our on site visit and free quote from Matthew Forman. We highly recommend giving him a direct call for all your Patio Enclosure needs! Mr. Forman offered a complete, informative and detailed explanation of the future desired project. A full scope walk through of the products with on hand samples to examine and a beautiful finalized digital photo rendering of our enclosed patio. He went above and beyond to produce multiple financial options and discounts to work within our budget and we are grateful. He is a thoughtful professional and one whom we will happily recommend.
