  I met with Matt today. I was upfront with him and told him I had no idea what I wanted and was not ready to commit to anything yet. He was not pushy at all and still took the time to talk with me about what my options are and educated me about materials and what they can offer. He also met my 2 dogs and 2 cats and gave them some belly rubs. I will definitely be calling Matt when I get ready to move forward.

  Mr. Bailey texted me to let me know he was on the way and should be ten minutes early. Which he was for a 1000 appointment. Currently have a screened in patio and want to add windows to use all year. Mr. Bailey explained all products in detail. After discussions and designing what we want he made a visual presentation. We chose the design, accepted what products and color and came up with the final price. Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales pitch. Clear explanation as to the time frame for installation. Looking forward for the installation team to get started.

  I called to get a quote for a 4 season sunroom with mini split installation and they were able to send Bob out next day for a free estimate. Bob was very informative and personable and pleasant to work with. He looks just like Santa Claus. Bob is an excellent salesperson and worked with management to offer us the best deal that beat the competitor’s price. We were very happy to sign up today, and now we are waiting to get our new sunroom in 6-8 weeks!

  John did an AWESOME presentation! He made everything clear to understand and made sure he was aware of our budget the whole time. He was very transparent about the pricing and process ensuring nothing would catch me off guard. He also spent the 1st half of the appointment with my grandmother without me. I was running behind getting back home to be a part of the appt and he was extremely sweet, patient and respectful to her not even knowing I was watching via the camera. He patiently worked with us ensuring we get exactly what we were looking for with all transparency! If you’re interested, ASK FOR JOHN!!

  We couldn’t be happier with Matthew from patio enclosures. He helped us replace some windows a few years ago and our experience was so great that we found him to finish the rest of the windows. He’s so helpful and kind, always explaining things in detail and answering any questions we have. He has really gone the extra mile for us in ordering our Stanek windows. I can’t wait to work with him when we’re ready for our patio enclosure. If you need windows replaced or a beautiful sunroom, he’s your guy!!
