  hawkins is great! My father-in-law has been using them for years. Our system developed a water leak. They had to rebuild the PVC stuff under system. Not a fun or easy job. We also signed up for the 6 month checkup service!

  Had some heating issues earlier, Brandon and Bryson found our issue and solved it in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic service, if I have issues again I’ll definitely call them back for another service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Called Hawkins to look into my unit. They sent out a technician the same day I called. He was very nice and gave me good timing of arrival. However in his initial visit he missed a leak in the system that my husband and I were able to find very quickly ourselves. I called back and spoke with the receptionist and explained the situation she quickly put me in contact with the right person. They came back out to the house verified everything and came back to repair the system as soon as the part was available. I am awful with names but the guy who called to troubleshoot and discuss the problem with me spoke very highly of his technician and the way everything was handled cause me have have a lot of respect for this company.
