- MMMelissa1 day ago5.0Great service! We had water leaking from the unit in our attic, and they sent someone out very quickly. Ventura diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and was able to resolve it quickly. He was very friendly and professional, and the total cost to fix everything was very fair. I will use Batjer for anything going forward!

However, company policy that charges the customer $130/hr while they run to get parts, THEN has the audacity to markup the part that I just paid $130/hr for them to get is ludicrous at best and unethical at worst.

They are supposed to be the #1 HVAC company in Abilene. Never got back to us on yet another warranty issue! Should have gone with precision unlimited!
