  Precision Plumbing has handled my plumbing issues perfectly, 2 times now. Today Chris DeLong took care of both a kitchen and bathroom faucet drip-leak, very thoroughly and politely. Scheduling visits was easy, convenient and as expected. Recommended.

  I had a hot water line leak in my basement that was located above a drop ceiling. The leak was a thin pin hole stream that soaked the drop ceiling material. I called Precision Plumbing and requested an emergency callout. The dispatcher scheduled a plumber within three hours of my request. The technician’s name that responded is CJ. He arrived an hour earlier than what was scheduled. CJ is polite and professional. He repaired the damaged water fitting within fifteen minutes and was on his way. I appreciate the customer service and timely response. I’ve used Precision Plumbing a few times over the years and have always been satisfied.
