  My Central Unit stopped cooling last evening and I was devastated because it was hotter than blazes. I called Larcom and they had received many calls and didn't know if they would be able to get to it, which means having to leave my home. They got me in and sent out Alan Ramirez who was the nicest, most professional, hardest working as well as Most knowledgeable young man I have ever had, work on my unit. Thank you, my Prayers were answered and Alan troubleshot every angle and it is cooling again. Larcom didn't rip me off like so many other Companies have tried to do and I will definitely continue to use them if needed. Thank you Alan Ramirez and good luck, God Bless on your life's journey.   My AC quit cooling around noon on Tuesday. When I realized that my “home remedies” weren’t working, I called LarcomAir around 4:00 pm. They kindly worked me in to their Wednesday schedule, and Mr Danny Beard was at my door by 8:15 am. Great communication, fast diagnosis and repair of my problem. Helpful hints also, which I appreciate. I couldn’t be happier!

  They are awesome. I had been using a different local company for my semi-annual maintenance but when I needed them most they didn’t seem to care, I waited a week for them to call back with an appointment. I called Larcom and left a message last pm. This am I called at 8 and they were here within a couple hours. The technician was great. Now it can quit being 80+ inside my house!

  We came home from a 10 day vaction on Sinday night… It was 86 degress in my house. On Monday morning we called Larcom Air… By 1:00 that afternoon my airvwas fixed!! The technician, Alan Ramarez was so friendly and helpful… He wa a pleasure to talk to…
