- DGDolly GhearingSep 23, 20265.0Even though the issue with my AC unit was not an emergency, Whitaker Heat & AC promptly sent a technician to check it out. Tom was very courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable. He discovered the problems and quickly had the necessary repairs made. Conscientious and excellent service, and very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Whitaker Heat and Air Conditioning.
- RHRobert HouserSep 11, 20265.0Whitaker Heat & Air Conditioning is a 5-star operation for your service, maintenance, and repairs. Yes, there are many choices out there but Whitaker is unparalleled. They actually came out on a Christmas Eve once when my heating unit had gone down. Astonishing.

- DSDave SmithSep 2, 20265.0Called Whitaker's Friday morning with a compressor problem. Tom called back and said he was 18 minutes away by GPS. He diagnosed the problem and confirmed with the factory. Ordered the new blower fan. Installed it on Tuesday AM. Just before it got hot again. Perfect! If you need heat pump repair, call Whitaker Heat and Air. A real winner!!!!!!
- SFSarah FurchesJul 22, 20265.0I called on a Friday morning because our heat pump would not cool. I was surprised they said they would be out that afternoon, and they were! The technician showed up around 1:30 diagnosed the issue and had a new fan motor installed and fixed in less than a few hours. They are so nice when you call and the technicians are very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of your property. I highly recommend Whitaker for any HVAC issues!
