They arrived on time and were very professional. We were very grateful they finished in a timely fashion as not be without air conditioning too long. We would definitely used them again. I was frantically trying to find options to fix it and Southern was one of the companies that responded. They were willing to go above and beyond what I expected in order for us to not have a dark auditorium for worship 2 weeks in a row. They will be my first call from now on whenever we have an issue! Please let them help you. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy!

After reorienting the outlet to allow the stove to be plugged in without bending the cord 180 degrees he pointed out that there was an issue with the stove and it should not be plugged in before it is repaired. He showed me exactly what he was telling me throughout the visit.
