  We first used Inspired Flooring when we needed carpet installed in the kids’ rooms of our new home in Tennessee, which required a major remodel throughout most of the house. From the very beginning, they were exceptional. Out of the three quotes we received, I felt they were not only the fairest in pricing, but also by far the most knowledgeable when it came to the different carpet options and what would work best for our family. The installation was impeccable. I knew then I had a good crew. After that experience, we hired them to remodel our master bathroom. I had very specific ideas and design requests, and Krista and her design team truly sat down with me and paid attention to every single detail. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned — absolutely gorgeous and beautifully executed. They also cleaned up their work each day after keeping our master bedroom free of dust and debris which was a huge bonus and unexpected. Next came the kids’ bathroom downstairs, which, admittedly, my boys and daughter had a lot of opinions about! Somehow Krista and her team managed to take all of their fun ideas and transform them into something both glamorous and beautiful while still keeping each child’s personality in the design. Again, the area was kept clean and they were truly on a tight timeline which we appreciated! The crown jewel, though, was our kitchen, dining room, and living room renovation. They completed the majority of the work within a very tight 12 week timeframe, with only a few finishing items extending slightly beyond that — and those delays were completely outside of their control. Their communication, organization, and timeline management were truly impressive. Honestly everyone I spoke with that had this done said their renovations had been 6 months for a project this size but Krista’s team somehow got through the timeline seamlessly. The finished kitchen is beyond stunning. Every single person who walks into our home immediately comments on how breathtaking it is. Krista and her team designed everything with fully custom cabinetry, gorgeous stonework, and even created a custom-built hutch spanning an entire wall for my husband’s whiskey collection. It is genuinely a showpiece and has become one of the most talked-about features in our home. What also stood out to me was how willing Krista was to think outside the box. There were aspects of a fireplace renovation being handled by a stonemason that technically fell outside of Inspired Flooring’s scope, yet she still stepped in to help guide us through solutions and design ideas that made a huge difference. And beyond the work itself, their team is simply wonderful. Steve, Mike, and Casey are all incredible people, and we absolutely adore them. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, creativity, craftsmanship, fairness, and genuine kindness the way Inspired Flooring does. We truly could not recommend them more highly. They are amazing!!! And I’d give them a 15 stars if I could. Best part: it’s a family operation. Photos attached. And honestly these don’t do justice.

  I purchased a new floor from Inspired By Design. Jonathan walked me through the process from beginning to end and made it all very easy and for a fair price. The installers were professional and did a great job. When the work was done they cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything. Jonathan followed up a day later to check in and get some feedback. I had a great experience and highly recommend Inspired By Design. I’m sure you will be happy with the results as well.

  We are so happy with the all the work inspired design has done in our home! From hardwood installation to new carpet in bedrooms and a full bathroom remodel their work is top notch! Samantha, Steven and the whole team at inspired design are amazing to work with! You don’t get just great work when you use them you get a Peace of mind! because you know the work is going to be done right, efficient and affordable. They show up when they say they will and always there to answer any questions. We can’t wait to see what they will do with our next bathroom remodel!
