Every piece was built with precision and care, and it truly shows. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the finished product is both beautiful and functional. If you’re looking for custom cabinetry that is timeless and will take your breath away, I highly recommend this shop!
- VRVictor RatzJan 4, 20263.0Great work, not so great communications. We spent a LOT of money with them and getting Drew to communicate with us was a huge challenge. He would literally disappear from communicating for weeks. He sets expectations and then breaks them on almost every occasion. I had to push very hard on some occasions to get their work to the jobsite when promised. Nice enough people but can be very frustrating to work with. When they have seemingly decided to stop working with you due to other projects on their board, they price the last projects you need completed so high that you’ll never move forward. Their reply to this is untrue. They are well aware of our issues with their communications with us. Very disingenuous. They know my number as we spent a great deal of deal of money with us. They can call at any time.
