- JJjend1111 day ago1.0I have to agree with Victor here on the awful communication. I have a pretty big job (at least to me). I emailed Drue & included Justin (because Drue has missed emails before, but Justin replied right away) updating them about my end on Oct. 22nd & it's now 11/7 & I've heard nothing. It's so incomprehensible to me, that I thought maybe the business is having problems. It happens. So 5 days ago I emailed them both literally asking if they are still in business. You would think a simple question like that could get a response, but not so much LOL. Are they still in business? Idk, but now I'm starting over with bids from new people. I know their work is really good, but this is unacceptable when you're planning to disrupt your life with renovations & drop big money. I'm literally baffled & definitely disappointed after they came so highly recommended. :(
- HHHannah HJun 29, 20265.0We couldn’t be happier with the work! The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and level of customization exceeded our expectations. Every piece was built with precision and care, and it truly shows. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the finished product is both beautiful and functional. If you’re looking for custom cabinetry that is timeless and will take your breath away, I highly recommend this shop!
- VRVictor RatzJan 4, 20263.0Great work, not so great communications. We spent a LOT of money with them and getting Drew to communicate with us was a huge challenge. He would literally disappear from communicating for weeks. He sets expectations and then breaks them on almost every occasion. I had to push very hard on some occasions to get their work to the jobsite when promised. Nice enough people but can be very frustrating to work with. When they have seemingly decided to stop working with you due to other projects on their board, they price the last projects you need completed so high that you’ll never move forward. Their reply to this is untrue. They are well aware of our issues with their communications with us. Very disingenuous. They know my number as we spent a great deal of deal of money with us. They can call at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions About Norcia Fine Cabinetry
What types of cabinetry do you specialize in?
Norcia Fine Cabinetry specializes in custom European-style cabinetry designed for residential and commercial applications. Each cabinet is handcrafted to address the specific requirements of your project, including kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, custom closet systems, and cabinetry solutions for other areas throughout your home or business.
What are the benefits of European-style cabinets?
European-style cabinets utilize full-overlay doors mounted directly to the cabinet box, which removes the need for traditional face frames. This construction method delivers increased storage capacity, wider access points for drawers and cabinets, improved interior accessibility, enhanced design versatility, and a clean, modern profile.
Do you manufacture your own cabinets?
Yes. We handle both design and manufacturing in-house instead of relying on third-party suppliers. Our process includes sourcing materials directly, producing our own veneers, and providing an extensive selection of paint and finish options, which allows us to fully customize every project and ensure superior craftsmanship.
What design styles can you create?
We produce cabinetry in a broad range of styles to align with your design goals. From rustic traditional aesthetics to sophisticated contemporary designs and everything between, we create custom cabinetry that complements your space while meeting your specific preferences and functional requirements.
How does your installation process protect my cabinets?
We employ a specialized installation method that reduces the potential for damage during the construction phase. Initially, we install cabinet boxes, drawer boxes, fillers, and end panels. Once countertops, plumbing, electrical systems, trim work, paint, and flooring are finished, we return to install doors, decorative trim, and hardware. This staged approach protects your finished cabinetry throughout the project.
