They did not inform the customer for the 30 minutes technician travel time to service location including in the first hour billing’s of $135/hour. Second, besides the expensive labor charge there is a mark up of 100% for parts. I would not placed this service if I would’ve known this was going to cost more than 1 1/2 hours. We placed a service call and expected to be billed with the actual time from technician arrived to the time he completed the work at the service location. They billed a 15 minutes serviced time to replace a water heater valve and tested the water pressure for over $318 dollars. I was told $200 plus for the labor and $90 plus for the valve that costs $40. You do the math and definitely not recommended this company. I should have read the customers reviews beforehand.
