  This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. Redd's installed our unit on our house under 10 years ago and we started having issues in February of 2025. A technician came out and replaced some things, issue resolved (or should have been). We started having issues again June 28th, 2026 (going into the heat advisory). They were contacted and a technician did come out even though it was the weekend, but advised us that the technician who originally came out to work on our unit in February of 2025 DID NOT do his job correctly which is why we were having another issue now. Redd's advised we would still have to pay for their services even though this technician specified another tech's inability to do his job caused our issue. We shouldn't owe a dime for any of this if that is the case. How do we know the same thing won't happen again in a year? Why should we have to pay money over and over due to their negligence? Someone higher up at Redd's spoke to my husband and said he would "do some digging" and call him back. At no shock to us, no one has called back. We are in the middle of a heat advisory and are on day 3 without AC. I hope all the employees at Redd's are enjoying their nice cool office, while we can't even be in our own home due to the heat and humidity.

  I have used Redds heating and air for the last few years and they have always been quick to respond and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had them work on my mini split system and also had them install a new mini split system in a shop building. I would recommend highly recommend them for anyone that is in need of heating or air solutions

  Redd’s Heating and Cooling is an excellent company and extremely professional. Everyone was great—from the office staff to the technicians and installers. The technician who originally came out was very honest about the condition of my old system and gave me two options. I had already known the unit had issues because I had multiple other companies look at it before Redd’s came out. He explained that the unit technically could be repaired, but I had already replaced two compressors in a system that was only six years old. In fact, the first compressor failed after the first year due to a poor installation and design by the builder who was clearly trying to save money and cut corners instead of properly sizing the unit and hiring a qualified company. Redd’s was upfront, honest, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. The installers were incredibly nice, very professional, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves, even vacuuming up the drywall dust from the new return they installed. They’ve also made two follow-up calls to make sure everything is working correctly, which is above and beyond what most companies do these days. I’m highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Redd’s Heating and Cooling to anyone and will definitely be a lifetime customer.
