  Redd’s Heating and Cooling is an excellent company and extremely professional. Everyone was great—from the office staff to the technicians and installers. The technician who originally came out was very honest about the condition of my old system and gave me two options. I had already known the unit had issues because I had multiple other companies look at it before Redd’s came out. He explained that the unit technically could be repaired, but I had already replaced two compressors in a system that was only six years old. In fact, the first compressor failed after the first year due to a poor installation and design by the builder who was clearly trying to save money and cut corners instead of properly sizing the unit and hiring a qualified company. Redd’s was upfront, honest, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. The installers were incredibly nice, very professional, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves, even vacuuming up the drywall dust from the new return they installed. They’ve also made two follow-up calls to make sure everything is working correctly, which is above and beyond what most companies do these days. I’m highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Redd’s Heating and Cooling to anyone and will definitely be a lifetime customer.

  Redd's heating &air Conditioning came out to install a new system and new duct work after giving us a quote that beat the competition by miles! The guys that came out were friendly and professional. They let me know what they were doing each step of the way and answered any questions that I had. They started at 8:30 am and were done by 4 pm (quick service in my opinion for what needed to be done) They hauled all the old stuff away and cleaned up behind themselves. This new system works so much more efficiently then the old one we had. Can't wait to see how our new electric bills will compare. I definitely recommend Redd's for all yout heating and cooling needs!

  We highly recommend Redds and Wayne! He’s been servicing our HVAC for a couple of years and is very thorough, professional, & does a great job! This weekend our air conditioning wouldn’t come on so we called Redds. It wasn’t hot outside so we said to wait until the following week. Wayne came out first thing Monday morning and found that all our Freon had leaked out. He fixed the leak, refilled and now we’re set for summer! Call Redds for fast and great service!
