Called them with an issue in my rental condo on Saturday afternoon and they had me up and going by 8. Great company

This company was recommended to me by my plumber, righty tighty plumbing, but my experience with them was poor to say the least. I spoke to Candis Hylton, who was dismissive and rude and who is clearly not service‐oriented. She refused to send someone to our property because it was "against our policy" and then hung up on me. When I asked if they could recommend a different HVAC company, she said no and that "google is available."
