  We have dealt with AquaClear Water Systems for more than 4 years now and have always had great experiences with any employee we have been in contact with. This past weekend we had an alarm go off so I called and was put in touch with the automated system and scheduled a service call. First thing Monday morning, we were contacted and and they let us know that their technician, Samuel Miguel had another client service appointment a few minutes from us that afternoon and asked if he could take care of our issue right after. We were notified when he was on the way, was very respectful of our property, answered all my questions, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Great company to work with!

  If you are looking for a company that cares about the cleanliness of your water, then look no further. Aqua Clear Water System is the place to go. From the beginning with Jay McDonald coming over for the initial appointment to test our water and explain about the company and the systems that are available to provide us clear clean water. He was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the company and their equipment. Then comes installation day. The technicians Justin and JD arrive as scheduled and began to work immediately on getting the system installed. Each step of the installation they walked us through what each piece is and how they all work together to provide us clean fresh water. They were very friendly and professional during the whole process.

  Justin and Hammy, the installers, were so polite, they asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. They did a fantastic install, communicated about important items, showed us all the important items. My hair is so much softer when i washed my hair due to the water softener. Justin and Hammy were amazing and did an awesome install. They also explained everything when they were done!!!
