They explained what went wrong and gave us the information tools to keep our unit running well. I have even called them on emergencies for my customers that I work for and they came out right away. So very pleased with this company.

- KWKimberly WisecarverSep 2, 20265.0I highly recommend Local Heating and Cooling! Our furnace caught fire on Sunday, and it was difficult to find a company willing to come out to our area. They had someone out first thing Monday morning to assess the situation and determine what needed to be repaired. By Tuesday, the repairs were completely finished and our AC was back up and running! There was a small communication issue along the way, but it was no fault of the company, and overall the experience was very positive. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and professional, and I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to get us taken care of after such a stressful and hot situation. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which was greatly appreciated. Finding a company that will actually service my area can be challenging, so I’m very glad we found Local Heating and Cooling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!
