  After being very well treated at a carpet store in Knoxville, we wanted to also check with our local carpet store at Karen’s Carpets. Deon and the rest of the staff were patient with our decision process and even matched a quote from a competitor. We couldn’t go wrong with either company but Deon’s team was able to install the carpet within a week. Beautiful job!

  Thank you Karen's Carpet and your talented, skilled team for a job well done. RV carpet replacement, no problem, Karen's Carpet accepted the challenge and we are looking forward to our first RV camping trip in 2026. Quality work and great value, work was completed within a few days. We needed our 20 year old RV carpet replaced and the result was an amazing transformation. They worked with a carpet vender to embroidery the living room slidout edge and it flows perfectly when moved into the rig.

  Highly recommend! Everyone was helpful and friendly, Deon had awesome communication through the process. Prices are competitive. Installers did a great job and my carpet looks amazing.
