  After being very well treated at a carpet store in Knoxville, we wanted to also check with our local carpet store at Karen’s Carpets. Deon and the rest of the staff were patient with our decision process and even matched a quote from a competitor. We couldn’t go wrong with either company but Deon’s team was able to install the carpet within a week. Beautiful job!

RV carpet replacement, no problem, Karen's Carpet accepted the challenge and we are looking forward to our first RV camping trip in 2026. Quality work and great value, work was completed within a few days. We needed our 20 year old RV carpet replaced and the result was an amazing transformation. They worked with a carpet vender to embroidery the living room slidout edge and it flows perfectly when moved into the rig.

  Spent thousands of dollars on floor prep and lvp flooring the guys that put over a hundred bags of leveler on my floor had no idea what they were doing. They never marked out the floor for level heights never rolled out the the leveler just poured and left. I have a 1/2in high spot in my kitchen that all the floor is starting to warp. I'm going to have to rip out the floor and hire a professional crew to try and level this floor properly. Thousands of dollars wasted. I'm going to sell the remaining floor for my entire upstairs and go with a different company. Mark was ok to deal with but his install crew had no idea what to do in my situation and that's very disappointing.
