  Called on the morning of July 4th, unfortunately. On call tech responded quickly and professionally, and was able to repair my unit quickly before the day got too hot and family came over. The technician was first class all the way from his customer service to his work. I've always counted on A-1 Finchum and they again came through for us.

  Called on a holiday when temperature was soaring and was surprised that I didn't have to wait long at all for a technician to arrive. Robert was very professional and provided great customer service. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. I have cool air again.

  A-1 Finchum did a great job. They showed up on time and their technician called me prior to arrival. Steve, their technician did an amazing job. He worked his butt off troubleshooting the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining things. I would highly recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues.

  I was very impressed by our team at A-1 Finchum. Allen came out and assessed what needed to be done. He was so kind. My kids had questions and wanted to say hi and he was so sweet to listen to them. The next day David and Damian did a great job on the overhaul and installation. It was such a process but at each and every step they let me know where they would be, what to expect, and asked if I had any questions. Damian swapped out our thermostats and even showed us how the new one worked. Overall we are so very satisfied with our service. OH! And the the air conditioning works great too!
