  Couldn't be more satisfied! Technician had decades of experience and identified the issue within 15 minutes. Asked him to go ahead and check the refrigerant lines as well. Will call them again if there are any future issues.

  Outstanding service! The tech was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He had to work in a rain storm and in a crawl space, but remained positive the whole time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had things fixed in no time. He even taped up some loose ductwork as part of his service call. Excellent experience. Highly recommend A-1 Finchum.

  They came out and diagnosed the issue with the unit. They were supposed to call me back the next business day with a quote to repair, they never called. I contacted their office and was told the tech would call me back with the quote and go over repair work, never received that call either. Now a week has passed and its made me sure I wont contact them again.

  My service technician was very friendly and efficient. He quickly isolated the problem and told me which part needed replacement. Since I was interested, he explained the different subsystems in my gas furnace/air conditioner. The starting capacitor (size of a coke can) was dead according to the multimeter. He replaced the capacitor, but the motor wouldn't start. It took two days to get the part but as soon as he replaced the motor, the system started back up.
