- RHRonnie HedrickJun 18, 20265.0I was trying to find an original bag for my drill and impact drive thinking I would never find one. Direct Tools had a bin with Riobi bags they had the exact same bag mine came in at a good price. Thanks Direct Tools for carrying this.
- AMAshton MashburnMay 22, 20265.0I just want to shout out Dustin. He was a great help while shopping. But he reached out to me the next day letting me know some of the items I bought were mispriced. He had already corrected this and sent me the difference. He also let me know I could swing by at my convenience to get an updated receipt for any warranty issues. Thank you Dustin for your outstanding service!
