  Needed emergency service (our tenants had no A/C in 90° weather and the company that installed our unit Airtron gave us consistently poor service and said the soonest they could help us would be Tuesday (I called them Sunday). Called Rapid Response and they were able to get me scheduled for someone to be there same day within hours. Communication was excellent and intentional. Everyone I spoke with, including the tech, Vance, was very kind. Solved the problem, made it affordable, and wasn’t pushy. Gave me hope in HVAC companies again.

  Would give negative five thousand starts if that was an option. These people charged me $375 to fix a flapper and fill valve (that's right, $30 parts + 15 minutes of non-emergency labor somehow equals $375). I paid it thinking it needed to be done and it'd be done right since these folks are supposed professionals. Wouldn't have to think about it again, right? Anyway, since "fixing" my toilet, the toilet has not stopped leaking out of the tank. Today will be the third time they have come to resolve the problem. So I went from not having to think about it again to having to deal with it everyday for nearly a week now. Great. So if you want more stress in your life, and if you want to waste more of your limited, valuable time, hire these people. If that's something you don't want, find someone else. Oh, well. Let's see if they actually do what they're supposed to do this time.

  Tyler was fantastic. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my toliet, taking the time to explain how my plumbing system was impacted and how such systems operate. While I felt the service was a little pricey, I still received quality service.

  Tyler came out quickly after we called and he looked at our hot water tank and listened and was very informative and worked hard on looking into getting our hot water tank covered under warranty and after lots of calls and finding out that we were going to have to replace the tank and gave us all of the options and and worked at getting the right tank at the right price. Tyler was friendly and informative about what we needed and went out of his way to fix and replace valves that were old and needed replaced. Once the tank was in he took lots of time to answer all of our questions on the tank and made sure we were completely comfortable and he double checked his work and cleaned up . If needing any plumbing work done in the future we will be calling on Tyler and rapid response team. Great value and friendly and knowledgeable.
