  They fixed our floor joist problems after we noticed serious sagging in the living room. Ali got us scheduled within the week. The inspection showed the joists were rotting from moisture damage. Mario's crew spent four days replacing the bad sections and reinforcing the whole structure. They also dealt with some mold remediation while they were down there since things had gotten pretty ugly. Installed a dehumidifier for crawl space humidity control and sealed everything with their vapor barrier system. The floors are level again and feel sturdy when you walk on them. Our AC also runs less now - apparently the seal job helped with that. Cost more than I wanted to spend but the work has held up for eight months so far without any callbacks needed.

  Crawl Space Nash encapsulated our crawl space in Franklin last month. Fidel's crew knocked it out in three days. The musty smell we'd been living with for two years is completely gone.

  I called them out to our place because we kept getting water in the crawl space after any decent rain. The inspection confirmed what I suspected, drainage issues and no real barrier. They recommended crawl space encapsulation along with fixing the drainage problem. The crew lead (I think it was Mario) walked me through the Your Crawl Space materials they use and why they prefer them. The job took about a week with a couple weather delays but they stayed in touch about timing. They sealed everything up, installed proper drainage, and put in a dehumidifier. I was skeptical about spending that much, but we just went through the wettest stretch we've had in years and the space stayed bone dry. Finally feels like we actually fixed the problem instead of just bandaging it.

  We bought an older home in Belle Meade last year and that musty smell in the house was driving us nuts. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from until Clint did the walkthrough and explained how moisture was creeping up from below. They installed an Aprilaire dehumidifier along with the encapsulation work, and honestly, the difference in air quality is noticeable. Fidel's team wrapped everything up faster than we expected, and they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. Not the cheapest option we got quoted but three months later I'm glad we went with them.
