Got the full setup done, vapor barrier installation plus a dehumidifier put in for the crawl space. Clint told me upfront they use Your Crawl Space materials and walked me through why. Everything looks clean and tidy under there now, which I did not expect a crawl space to ever be.

We had our crawl space encapsulated by Crawl Space Nash last week. These guys were amazing to work with. From the initial inspection Ali came out and did a thorough review of the space. He took his time to provide insights and details. I had two other quotes. I could tell one of the inspections wasn’t as thorough from the items Ali found and they missed. The other quote was pure sales pitch, more interested in discounts if I signed that moment, wasn’t as thorough, and tried adding unnecessary materials and steps. Getting scheduled was painless, I was provided updates as needed on availability all-in-all they got me on their books and taken care of pretty quickly. I was impressed from the beginning, they broke the quote down and offered to tailor the work to what we wanted to do in the space, giving recommendations on what they saw as the most critical and a full explanation of how the different items would help moisture control. Other quotes went through some of the required work, but only really provided a final price without any options to customize or break into stages. The crew that came and did the work were great. They did awesome work and were always super friendly. I inspected really closely, because of issues with other contractors in the past, and everything was completed to a high standard. The work lived up to and surpassed the ‘sales pitch’ (not that it really felt like a pitch). I’m very impressed with how good it all looks and from the check-ins during the process it was clear they were taking their time and making sure everything was completed properly. Ali and Clint both came by to inspect the work on completion and gave a great walk-through of all the equipment. I could tell they cared about me being pleased with the work and are super proud of their company and its standards. They took their time answering questions and I feel like they’re goof people that will stand by their product and take care of any issues if they ever arose. Only things I'd do any different would be to do it sooner and get some before pictures so I could show the comparison.

The guys Ali and Clint were so helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. We did have a small disconnect with communication after the initial assessment but they more than made up for it. The crawlspace looks and feels amazing now.

Had a fabulous experience with CSN. Clint was responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and professional. His analysis of our situation was detailed and thorough, without any high pressure sales pitch. Keith and his crew did an outstanding job on our crawlspace, in a timely manner, and at a fraction of the cost of the big corporate companies! My husband and I could not be more pleased!!!

This was a bigger one for us, foundation repair and some stabilization work after we noticed cracks. Jacob and Matthew explained the whole thing. The crawl space repair took a few days and they stuck to the timeline they gave us at the start. We're out in Mt. Juliet and had gotten two other quotes before them, and these guys were the ones who actually seemed to know what they were talking about.
