  Chad and his team did a fantastic job installing our new Kohler 20kW generator! A lot of work completed in one day with power being out for only 3 hours of work. They were very efficient and had great communication about what and why they were doing things. Very much appreciate and look forward to working with the Tri State team for years to come.

  Alex was punctual, professional and very personable. Thankfully he’s strong enough to do what we might think is a two person job. He was forced to work in a confined space under a stairwell and still completed the installation in less than an hour. A great young man and a huge asset to your team.

  We interviewed many other companies to install our whole house generator. We selected Tri-state power and air to install a Kohler 26k whole house generator for our house. They are the best. Chad and the rest of the crew did everything from electrical to gas hook up and testing everything. Showed us how to operate it manually if we need to, how to check and add oil. Answered all our questions. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend Tri-state power and air.
