  Stone the sales rep and Tony the installer both were excellent to work with. I wanted to be home for the install but couldn’t afford to take off work and they worked with my schedule setting that up. They try to avoid weekends but it meant a lot to me that they made it work for my availability! Excited to see my follow up water test results. Thank you!

  Marcus with Pure Southern Water was professional, kind and even taught me a few things to help me with my system. He was patient and answered all of my questions and even thought it is not their system (inherited from previous home owner). This is what really impressed me about servicing my system. No sales pitch just excellent service at a great price. I won’t use anyone else!

  This company is very professional and efficient. Our technician is always on time and equipped to provide our routine maintenance. Clean water is essential for us for health reasons, and good for our plumbing as well. We’re loyal customers of Pure Southern Water.

  Got a whole home water system put in and Dalton took care of everything. Stone was the original rep that came out all the way from Nashville!! Definitely appreciated that, and had a great experience with him. He tested everything and made everything easy to understand for someone who knew nothing! Dalton came out and made sure everything was set for install and even called to have all of our water/gas/electric/ internet lines marked so nothing would be damaged during install. Everything is working great and we have CLEAN water which is the most important thing for our family. Thank you Pure Southern Water!
