  Josh was great! The fact that he came late (he arrived at 6:20 pm) and was very pleasant was refreshing. He showed me what he found and was able to get our house comfortable again even if only temporarily was really appreciated. Unfortunately the evaporator had a leak and needs to be replaced. Now we need to find out how to get the cost covered by the warranty (the unit is less than 2 years old).

  Tyler was great, he was very professional, polite, knowledgeable. He was able to educate me on what was going wrong in the solutions to fix it. I really appreciate him, walking me through the different steps and outcomes of the problem. He was able to get my unit up and running after it was off for a little over a day

He was professional, took the time to listen to our concerns, and was very understanding of exactly what we needed. The service he provided was exactly what we requested, and he gave us detailed feedback about the condition of our HVAC system.   Brandon Kenney was fantastic!! I got a yearly check up on my system. My unit is in fab shape .. sparkly even! He was courteous and my dog thought he was great too. The kind of person you feel totally comfortable working in and around your home. Top notch! Don’t think twice to use Premier Heating & Air and ask for Brandon K for your service needs 👍🏻

  Brandon Kenney and Premier HVAC did a fabulous job servicing my 3 units today. Brandon took a ton of pictures to show before and after, explained what he was doing and possible concerns that we may have in the future. The whole process was simple to set up and get done. Mark, Nate, & Brandon made this a pleasant experience. I will be a regular customer.
