Great first experience with this company! Reached out through the chat feature on their website on a Sunday, received a callback from their dispatcher, Sam the same day, and Lorent and trainee, Josh were here on Monday morning at 9:00 AM. They called ahead to confirm their early arrival, wore booties when entering the home and were courteous, knowledgable and professional. $99 total for a bi-annual tuneup seemed to me a very fair deal. Everything was smooth. Very happy with their staff and service!
My AC went out just as it was starting to get hot. The Happy Face truck gave me a two-week lead time to send a tech after I've been a customer for more than 10 years. A different company came out and said my whole system needed to be repaired, with options from 17k-27k!
Premier sent Tyler out to check the system. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and offered a sensible repair - if I did want to replace the whole system, it would've cost less than half the price of the other company.
Tyler was very polite, easy to understand, and made the process simple. THAT'S great service without taking advantage of anyone. I'm now a Premier customer and joined their maintenance program, too.

Brandon Kenney did my annual inspection and was extremely helpful by explaining step by step what he did, even showing me pictures and videos of the work he did on my equipment. Really cool to see firsthand exactly what you’re paying for when you sign up for their annual program. That is transparency you do not always get with other companies. Premier had always provided both solid service and a great customer experience.

The service was on time and handled smoothly. I felt the cost was little bit on the upper side but I did some searching online and it looked like the average cost for the fix, so I would say the rates are not competitive. I enrolled in their annual maintenance plan and can provide a more detailed review after I see how they handle that.
