Jamie was honest and identified a problem i was not aware of and had it repaired under warranty . He could have easily ignored it and I would never have known until long after my warranty had expired.

The visit today was to replace an incorrect part that was installed on a previous visit. He was very polite and explained everything to me before he did any of the necessary repairs. It was a simple but necessary repair that was needed for our a/c to work. There was no charge for this visit since the tech that was here previously installed the wrong part which prevented our unit from working. The company stood behind their warranty for the incorrect part being installed.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. For the many reasons listed in this post. Although this is kind of a longer story so I’ll summarize it quick with this intro. Don’t use this company unless you want to be over charged, want your HVAC unit to not be working after they show up for inspection. And not to be helped by the assist line in any way. There were a lot of issues that came up during their visit to fix the HVAC unit. (For context my unit worked alright before they got there, it was just slowing down and needed a quick repair) So when one of their team members was doing an inspection on the unit and took a piston out, the buildup of pressure from that caused the units refrigerant (coolant) to be emptied. Which isn’t ideal but that can happen in that scenario. However the problem arose when he didn’t replace the coolant he lost when he was done. So when he came back to me he told me I couldn’t run the indoor heating or cooling anymore (that was working before he got there) until I chose to do their repair that quoted me around $2,000. Because that price was astronomical for the issue I didn’t do their repair after the inspection. And he left me a unit without coolant that wouldn’t run heating and cooling anymore, even after I asked about it being refilled to where it was at. And he charged me $179 for showing up. So basically I was paying someone who emptied the refrigerant and caused my previously working HVAC to stop working. That’s not even the kicker of this long story. I called another company to look at the problem they came out for less than half the show up price that this company charges. They asked me why didn’t the previous guy refill the coolant where it was at and I said “that’s a good question”. They proceeded with the repair and fixed the problem. And that’s when they informed me that the issue didn’t even have to be fixed by taking out the piston in the first place, and that when the previous guy took out and caused the coolant to be emptied, it was a needless error. Also the new company charged me about half the price this company was charging for the issue. I also called this companies help line and they boiled down the issues to being “miscommunication” from the team members part, and wouldn’t give a refund. This company’s worker also never told me that there was a risk where he could lose the coolant, before he proceeded. While the other company told me the risks before proceeding. Anyways in summary I wouldn’t recommend this company, and I probably need to contact a regulatory agency now.

I had a new HVAC system installed over the weekend. Brendan and Aiden did a great job and were super polite. They went above and beyond to ensure that they were thorough with the installation. They’re both kind, hardworking gentlemen. The only issue I have is with the company’s internal communication because the salesman Brett failed to get the pictures sent to the installation team so they entered into it blind.
