Brendan AMAZING. He's polite, respectful, punctual, and knows his craft. He helps us understand what needs to be done for our HVAC systems, with out being pushy, which we very much appreciate.

Jamie thoroughly inspected my unit, showed me the visible damage and gave me a complete breakdown of all possible repairs. He was completely honest and gave me the facts that I needed to determine whether or not my unit should be repaired or replaced.

DO NOT USE. Sorry for long review. This is the most inept company. First, they installed my new AC unit poorly. They did not extend the water release pipe into the drain but had it ending a foot or more above it. So when it released water it spewed all over my closet causing water damage. Then, the new unit broke down multiple times with different problems. Multiple technicians came to ‘fix’ it only for it to break the next day. They finally decided to replace the outside unit. First they said it would take a week for them to replace it because they had none in inventory. A week passes and nothing happens. I had to call multiple times to get an answer about my unit but they still had no idea when it would be placed. So my place has been a toasty 80+ degrees for multiple weeks after buying a new unit so I wouldn’t be without AC. You’d think I would cancel my contract with them but I was stuck because of warranty. So I let it be. Which brings us to today. My two year old unit stopped working. Tech guy came over and found the unit to be filthy. He decided to clean it but the water source was too far. He needed 150’ of hose and he only had 50’ and made me provide the hose. Needless to say I was not able to get the hose till the next day. He came out two days later, cleaned the unit and found that parts had been fried/broken because the unit couldn’t breathe. I’m on the monthly membership and had a tech come check on my unit in May (last month). The company says he cleaned it during the tune up but I know they didn’t because of three reasons 1. the tech that came this week to clean it didn’t know where the water source was. 2. The tech didn’t have long enough hose. I had to provide it. 3. No way enough dirt clogging my unit in one month They are charging me $400 to fix my two year old unit that they broke. If you don’t want this headache, I suggest going with a different company. I will never use this company again. Note: the technicians are all good, cordial and friendly, but the company is terrible.
