  The crew showed up on time for each phase of the project. 1st phase ( the roof) was scheduled as a 3 day project. They were done in 2! I think that was because they stayed on the job until after 6 each day. They were professional and efficient. The craftsmanship was top notch. Phase 2 was the same way. I believe it was a different crew. But they were just as good as the first! This was also a scheduled 3 day job. They finished in 2 as well. Got here early. Stayed late to get it done (gutters, downspouts, soffits & fascia). They cleaned up everything. I’m very happy.

  I had an excellent experience with Mr. Roof! Collin, the project manager, was awesome, he would text me updates throughout the day while they were working on the roof. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. I was also very impressed with how quickly everything was completed. The team worked efficiently without sacrificing quality, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Mr. Roof to anyone needing roofing services!

  Unfortunately, the further I get into this, the less and less I can recommend this company. TL;DR for those that don't want to read the entire thing. During the quote process, we thought we needed a new deck. The salesman swore we didn't, but on roofing day it turns out we did need a new deck, costing us an additional $3400 day of. There are a few things that we wanted fixed after the roof was installed and I am having to beg someone to come out and fix them. They committed to coming out today and they didn't make it out and didn't give me any heads up until after 6pm. Now, the longer story. We reached out to Mr. Roof and Andrew came out. He was a nice guy and he quoted us three options. I asked about our roof decking the day of the quote because it felt soft to me when I walked on it. Andrew said that we probably only needed new decking in one area, so he added on some extra sheets of plywood. I wanted additional quotes, but Andrew offered 15% off to sign with them today. I shouldn't have fallen for it, but I did and that is my fault. The day that the roof was coming off, Mr. Roof removed all of the shingles and paper before we were notified that the entire deck needed to be replaced. It was an additional $3400 expense day of, and while the price seemed fair, I can't help but feel like we were swindled the day of the quote after I swore that it needed a new deck and Andrew said that it didn't. It felt like they intentionally kept their price low to get us to at least commit to working with them. I was irritated and made sure that I let Andrew know. The crew foreman, Collin, called me and tried to explain to me that it was an accident, but accident or not, I still felt taken advantage of. The crew that Mr. Roof hired to come out and do the roofing was fast and professional, and I feel like the roof that is on our house actually looks really good. There are a few areas that I pointed out that needed fixed to Collin right after the install and he said that he would have the crew come out and fix them. I didn't hear back from him after that, so I reached out to Andrew about a week later, and Collin called me and said they would be out today. As you can probably guess, they didn't come out today. Collin finally text me after 6pm I guess after Andrew reached out and asked what happened to them. At this point, I am over it and I want my roof completed, and I am not sure how to get someone out here to finish it up. I still owe the company $3400, with 2% interest every month, but I find it hard to send in a check for something that is not yet complete. The roof that we have on our house looks great, but using Mr. Roof required way too much effort on my part and caused way too much stress for me to ever recommend using them.
