    We recently had all of our windows replaced by Mid State. We had several quotes for our project and ultimately chose them over cheaper options as the quality and installation seemed far superior. Installation was efficient and easy and our windows look great. We are happy with our decision and would use again!

    We recently had our windows replaced by Midstate. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Their team was patient and knowledgeable about all my questions. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

    If I could give Ethan 20 STARS I would! I told him I needed to get the screens ASAP. I stopped by yesterday around noon and asked could the 8 screens be ready by Monday. He called me back around 3:00 and told me they were ready!!! To top things off, he called this morning to make sure they fit. I told him I needed 3 more and again Ethan had them ready! I would Highly recommend Mid State!

    The best part of Mid State Door & Window is there service people that they hire. Drew, the lead person on the installation team was absolutely amazing. Went way beyond our expectations by communicating the work to be done, how long it would take, and sharing their focus on doing an excellent job. He and his crew did exactly all of what he committed to. The office team that represents this company could use a dose of "how to communicate with customers in a much more friendly way". Their sales person, Nik, was outstanding and represents their company well. It's unfortunate that the sales side and the service side are so awesome, but the office team does not measure up. When you call, they are not supportive and have no empathy for the customer's needs. I hope someone can address, as their sales and service deserve a better team to support their excellent work.
