  Not a great experience. Took 8 months to finish a single window. Multiple issues with incorrect measurements. First window was too small, second window didn’t fit, third one fit but they forgot to place the order with the manufacturer for 2 months. The only reason for 2 stars is because the install teams were always very pleasant.

  Mid State Door & Window has been SO WONDERFUL!!! They are fast, professional, and responsive. I only had three windows for them to work on (which is a small job) but they made me feel like a big priority! ❤️ they took excellent care of me and were so kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you all so much! ❤️

  We called Mid State to replace the windows on our office. We had three quotes and theirs was the best value. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. The windows were installed within a few weeks and look great.

  Mid State Door & Window replaced broken glass in my living room window with tempered glass. The whole process was seamless. I never felt pressured to purchase beyond what I needed. The tech who measured the window explained the whole process before ordering. The installation went smoothly. I will use MSDW again when I need window/door services.
