  They installed 2 sliding glass doors and 5 exterior doors and we could not be happier. Everything from the design, quality, price and service were excellent. The install team (Gene, Blake and Eli) exceeded our expectations with their precision, cleanliness and efficiency. Would highly recommend this company 👍🏻

  ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. It took 3 months from the time i placed my order until install. Dealing with the office of this place has been nothing but a headache! The rep who gave original quote was apparently fired but NO ONE advised me of this or gave ANY updates to let me know what was going on with my order. They lost one of my windows and had to reorder further delaying my install but failed to communicate this to me until I called asking for update. No one ever reached out to me to let me know what was going on with my order. . On 4 different occasions I was promised a call back with NO follow up. I got nothing but excuses and blame being passed on to others. The whole office needs some classes in communication. When you are investing over 20,000.00 in a product and service I dont think it is too much to ask for some communication to let the paying customer know the status of their project. I will NEVER use this company again and certainly wont refer them to friends or family. I am sure they will offer more excuses if they respond to my post that seems to be how they operate. The only decent thing was the install folks who did a good job and showed up and completed work as they said they would. Your response just confirms what i said above...why should i have to contact you??!!! If you were truly concerned YOU would reach out to ME perfect example of your "customer service"

  NEGATIVE 5 STARS 🤬🤬🤬 I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel others should know about my experience with Mid State Doors. We purchased two very expensive doors from them: a front storm door with sliding glass panels that open to a screen for fresh air, and a wrought iron security door. I was disappointed to discover that the security door requires a key to lock and unlock from both the inside and outside. While my husband may have ordered it that way, he is disabled and did not fully understand the safety implications. I tried explaining that this setup creates a serious concern for our family in the event of an emergency. Although I eventually accepted that situation, what happened next was even more disappointing. A part on our front screen door broke while it was still under warranty. What should have been a simple warranty repair turned into months of phone calls, office visits, and broken promises. Every time I called, I was told to speak with Bill. Later, I learned Bill only works on Fridays, yet I was repeatedly told he was "out of the office" or "at the bank." I never received clear communication or a sense that resolving my issue was a priority. I have over 20 years of customer service experience, and I know how important it is to keep your word. When customers spend their hard-earned money on premium products, they deserve prompt, respectful service after the sale. Instead, I felt like my warranty repair wasn't important because larger commercial accounts took priority. I explained that both of my children were coming home from the military and that our air conditioning had stopped working. I simply wanted the screen door repaired so we could let fresh air into our home. Despite explaining our circumstances several times, nothing seemed to move the process forward. As a business owner myself, I believe customer service doesn't end when the sale is complete. It's about treating people with respect, honoring your commitments, and standing behind the products you sell. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mid State Doors. The doors themselves may be quality products, but based on my experience, the after-sale customer service and warranty support have been extremely disappointing.
