  They seem to have done a decent enough job initially unclogging a backup in our finished basement. Unfortunately, they also missed a fairly important part of the problem: where the clog was actually occurring. They failed to recognize that the blockage was located on a different property, which ultimately required getting the city involved to identify and clear the main-line issue. When the backup occurred again just two months later—after we had already paid them thousands of dollars—they offered no meaningful continuation of service. Instead, we were told that coming back to the house would require an entirely new work order. In a separate incident, their workers installed a sink for us, but managed to chip quite a bit of the surrounding wood in the process and left without cleaning up the mess they made. Fortunately, Nashville is not suffering from a shortage of plumbing companies. I’d recommend trying one of the others.

  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Holt Plumbing! They are professional and helpful when it comes to scheduling. We had to cancel a scheduled appointment (kitchen renovation) but then as it turned out needed them to come on the day we originally scheduled them. They were so helpful and worked us back into the schedule. The plumber who came today was so helpful and even educated us on dos and don'ts to avoid problems with the disposal.... Recently, we recommended them to our friend during the ice storm after a pipe burst. She thought she would have to wait a long time to get an appt but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come quickly. They told her they reserved spots for people having issues because of the ice storm. Now that's proactive! The plumber who helped her was so friendly and told her he loves his job. He was able to figure out and resolve a complex pipe leak situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLT PLUMBING!!
