  DJ, Kane, and Daniel did a fantastic job installing a new dishwasher for us. After arriving on time They really worked well as a team to quickly and correctly install a GE dishwasher which we purchased through Hoffmann Brothers after discovering our old Kitchen Aid needed replacing. I am a subscriber to the Hoffmann Home Protection plan for more a few years. I highly recommend Hoffmann brothers for appliance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Thanks again to the team for an easy quick worry free dishwasher installation.

  I just moved into my house. I had too much going on so paying someone to make the connection for my washer and dryer seemed reasonable. Looking at the website, it seemed that $175.00 was a bit high but worth paying for the convenience. OH NO. That was the nonrefundable diagnostic fee, not disclosed on the website or any texts. It was another $600.00 to connect the dryer to the gas stub and connect both supply lines and drain line for the washer. My daughter and I made the connections. Don't need that kind of plumbing.

  I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers to any one who wants quick, friendly and up front service. I had a smelly washing machine. Aaron asked what I had tried myself and carefully listened. He explained once he got into looking at the machine there were three possible options. He may be able to do a routine clean or he may have to take the machine apart or the machine may need replacing. He showed me the cost for each option. There was no hard sell. No pressure toward any of the three options. I am so pleased I found such a great resource.

  Chance is always fantastic when he comes over to troubleshoot any problem that we have from a Plumbing perspective. We always seem to get directly to the main issue and fix the problem rather than putting Band-Aids into our system. It is Technicians like Chance That may Hoffman brother such a great organization to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dependability, proper knowledge, and skill set, and no BS.

  We recently had to replace our broken Lennox thermostat, and Neyland made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in explaining our options and answering all of our questions. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's clear that Neyland takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
