  I’ll never understand why a company charges almost $100 just to drive out to look at someone’s project(in my case, an outside water spigot). How can I make the best financial decision in regards to what company to go with, if I’ve got to fork over $90-$100 a pop just to have someone spend 5-10 minutes looking at my project? Instead of possibly making $300+, getting future projects and referrals down the road..now you’ve ended up getting a negative review. Glad I canceled my appointment prior to them coming out.

  Edit: I have spoken with Hoffmann now during a weekday and they have made a very good effort to correct my issues, so thank you. Their technicians are also excellent. I still have an issue with their advertised 24/7 coverage on the website, 24/7 means that if you call on Sunday, an automated system will leave a message for staff to see Monday morning, or it will schedule a weekday service call for you. Original review: I have their home protection plan which includes priority service. I have had a bad experience with them lately, as they have rescheduled a bi-annual inspection twice for issues on their end. Now they are scheduled for the third time, but seems to be too late as my unit stopped working. Their automated phone system is zero help. They do not have 24/7 assistance, even though the website seems to advertise that. All phone numbers route to the same virtual assistant. I would look elsewhere first for service.

  We had an excellent experience with Hoffman Brothers. Our technician, Chance, took the time to explain what was going on with our clog and ran a camera through our pipes to show us what was going on. He resolved our issue and gave us guidance on how to preserve our older pipes. I felt that he was shooting us straight and not trying to upsell us, but helping us understand what we can do to protect our pipes. He was also very neat and cleaned up our space very well. We would gladly use Hoffman Brothers again anytime.

  We had chance out to our home on 04/30/2026 to re work our shower in our primary bathroom and replace a hose bib that had been leaking to long. Chance Logan was beyond professional, ensuring my home stayed clean, and respected the whole time. He wore shoe covers to protect my carpets and even wiped down the work area when he was finished instead of using my shower head to wipe it off like other companies. We got multiple quotes in the past and they were all telling us to rebuild the shower in the bathroom and Chance said “ya it’s old but it can be fixed” and fixed it was. From pricing to the final walk through I could not be more impressed with the quality and efficiency of Chance and Hoffmann Brothers!

  We had an excellent experience with Chance from Hoffmann Brothers! He replaced our broken outdoor spigot and fixed our shower diverter quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to check on a waterline that had been installed by another company after we received a high water usage alert—giving us real peace of mind that everything was in good shape. Chance was punctual, respectful, and extremely professional throughout the entire visit. He communicated clearly every step of the way and made sure all of our questions were answered. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and honesty. Highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers—be sure to ask for Chance!
