Was very respectful & helpful, AND explained everything in detail of what needed repaired and why. Made speedy work of the damage and overall made the transaction a comfortable customer service experience. The pricing was fair for the repair, and the damages were made clear. Very honest & reputable business practices all around!
- CPClare PittJun 11, 20265.0Busy Bee is the BEST! I am beyond impressed! Braxton was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and really listened to my concerns. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to properly assess the issue — I’d been having problems with my AC for over a year. I had previously paid another well-known company to address the same issue, and all I got was a temporary fix. That company even recommended I replace an expensive part. After Braxton reviewed everything, he discovered that wasn’t the problem at all — it was an entirely different issue. (I’m so glad I declined to replace that part last year!) Braxton fixed my AC, I completely trusted him, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or sold things I didn’t need. And today, in almost 100-degree weather, I’m sitting in a cool home.
