  When our AC went out, I looked for companies with high reviews, good customer service, quick service (it’s August after all!), and affordable pricing. BusyBee kept popping up and checkmarked all my criteria… and the reviews were spot on! From the initial phone call to turnaround on service (within 3 hours for us…maybe even quicker?!), and then our technician Chris was amazing. He figured out the issue, had the parts on hand, was straightforward with pricing options, and explains their membership program (idk if that’s what it’s called) without ever pressuring me to purchase anything (we did go with the tuneup membership because it’s truly a great deal if you’re planning to do 6mon tuneups anyway!) Additionally, Chris made it a point to stay and speak with our home warranty company when I called them to fully explain the issue, repair plan, cost, and necessity of the repairs so I was able to be reimbursed by my home warranty company. Not everybody will do that and I’m so grateful! One final thing I appreciated about this company— they sent me info on the tech (arrival estimate, name, and photo) prior to arrival. That may seem like a trivial thing, but as a female I appreciate that extra info so I know who I’m opening up a door to and when to expect them.

  Brycen was super friendly and took excellent care of my issue very quickly! I hated to drag anyone out in the middle of the night for something so minor but detrimental to the function of my home, but he was completely unbothered amd knocked it out in no time!

  After an area wide power outage, our compressor would not come back on when our electricity did. We tried all our breakers and surge protectors, but couldn’t figure out the problem. Nathan came to our house and solved our issue. Unknown to us and him, we had breakers in another location just for our AC. They weren’t labeled and were a mystery to us. Nathan tracked down the problem and made sure the unit was functioning properly before he left. He was so professional and pleasant. I’ll never use any other HVAC company. Busy Bee is top notch!

  Super response from Busy Bee today called at 830 am and the tech was onsite by 1130. Checked my whole system inside and out , now sitting in a nice cool house ! One of last times I had them out the dryer was running and he walked by and said it didn’t feel like much air coming out and told me they could clean the dryer vent for me and make it operate better! Wow what a difference the clothes dry in half the time now! These guys are fast and fair!

  I had my air ducts cleaned by Busy Bee HVAC, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. Our sales consultant, Matthew Ham, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. His consultation was unlike anything the other companies offered. He opened up our HVAC system and inspected every vent as part of the estimate, explaining everything along the way. His attention to detail was so impressive that I canceled two other quote appointments… even though Busy Bee wasn’t the least expensive. Do your research!!! a simple brush-and-vac cleaning is NOT the same as the comprehensive service Busy Bee provides. We were having our ducts cleaned because our dog has severe, serious allergies, and chronic respiratory issues, so it was especially important that nothing be overlooked and no shortcuts taken. Thanks to Matthew’s thorough inspection, things were found that easily could have been missed by another company. In fact, were overlooked during inspection for quote. The technicians were just as impressive. Elijah Rosado was incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful, and kind. His coworker, who happened to be the owner’s son, clearly takes tremendous pride in the company and is doing his father proud while learning the business on the job. It was refreshing to see that level of dedication. Finally, senior technician Cody Montoney is, quite simply, an HVAC genius! A small issue came up during the job, and although the replacement part wasn’t available until Monday, Cody made sure we had a functioning system so we wouldn’t be without air conditioning over the weekend. That level of commitment and problem-solving is rare these days. He is an enormous asset to this company. In addition to being a true professional, he’s also a gentleman. All I can say is… wow. Thank you, Matthew, Elijah, Cody, and the entire Busy Bee HVAC team. You’ve earned a customer for life. It’s no surprise this was the company most people recommended to me. Now I understand why. If you’re considering having your air ducts cleaned, stop shopping around and call Busy Bee HVAC. You won’t regret it. Remember, you get what you pay for! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
