  Do not call! I made the unfortunate mistake of calling this company and I regret it. They refused to give over the phone pricing even though I could describe in detail what issues I was having and what I wanted them to do. They said there was an $89 charge just to come out and look at the project but that it would go to the final price if I decided to use them. I expressed concern about this and asked if they were fairly priced which they said yes. Spoiler alert, they're not. They came out to my house and after writting up a quote, wanted to charge me $1829 to install a drop in sink that I was supplying. They refused to give a cost breakdown to justify this price but the reality is that it was a 2 hour job with maybe $50-$100 in extra parts. So apparently they think they can charge over $800 an hour in labor costs. I told them no and unfortunately had to pay $89 for them to do nothing. The service tech told me that his boss would call the next day to work something out because he even thought that was overly priced. His boss never called..... I ended up going with another company that installed the sink at 1/3 the price they wanted to change. The other company also was out the same day I called and I got the chance to learn a few tricks from the actual owner of the company. Bottom line, don't use this company because you'll end up paying alot more if you use them, and will even pay of you don't.

  We needed two things done. A new faucet for the kitchen sink and new shower head for the bathroom. Total for 25 minutes: 576.00. I almost hyperventilated. But everything is perfect so there is that.

  Thank you Busy Bee and thank you Jonathan Burton!! I had a stream of hot water leaking in one of my bathtubs. I had originally called another plumbing company (BIG MISTAKE) They came out, assessed the problem and told me they needed to order the parts in order to fix the problem and would be back in a few days. I waited and waited and got nothing but silence. I finally called them back and they claimed they were STILL waiting on the parts. It was obvious to me they had no intention of fixing my bathtub. So I called Busy Bee, which I should have done from the start! Jonathan Burton was the tech that handled my issue. He assessed the problem and said he needed a certain tool to fix it. He went and purchased this tool, came right back and fixed the problem! He was on time, super friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable of his work!! He is definitely an asset to Busy Bee!! Moving forward, I now know that Busy Bee is the company to call for my plumbing needs!! THANK YOU AGAIN JONATHAN!!!!!

  Richard Phillips Plumbing technician. Changed two of our basement sump pumps. He arrived on time, completed job with 1.5 hours. Cleaned up debris. Was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service! Professionals all the way! This team made it look easy! Thorough, thoughtful and highly skilled installation is what they delivered! We have an older condominium that needed serious duct cleaning and HVAC package unit replacement. To our surprise, they were able to get everything done in one day! They didn’t try to oversell us or create additional problems etc. This company is honest. Fair pricing, family owned and a legacy of good service that shows! Highly valued and recommended!
