  This company is wonderful. We went to them with a brand new design for our kitchen and their team made sure we could maximize the space and everything would fit. Then when it came to install they were great about lining up all the subcontractors to minimize delays. When we encountered a few minor hiccups the owner came over immediately the next morning and made sure all issues were resolved promptly and professionally. The teams they contracted with were great, the quality of the materials were amazing, and everyone took pride in their work. The best part was how attentive and professional the group was, especially Kraig the owner. No question we asked was too minor, he always responded quickly, and his whole team was clear and communicative. All around one of the best groups of people we’ve had do work on the house. Love our new kitchen.

  Casey and the team do the best custom cabinets in Nashville. They were extremely kind, professional and timely. They did my kitchen remodel and the cabinets were absolutely perfect.

  Black Mountain Cabinetry's owner, Casey Stott, handled our project so unprofessionally and in such bad faith that I canceled our order after a multi-month installation planning process. I understand there are two sides to every story, so I'll stick to specifics and let you judge for yourself whether Casey is the type of person you want to do business with. Personally, I'm not okay with sales ultimatums and threats. Here's a direct quote from Casey: "Your options are now to pay the full price or restart the process with another cabinet company and live in a demolished, non-functioning kitchen for another 6+ weeks." If that's how he speaks to a customer before taking their money, how would a real problem mid-project go? A few more specifics: - Casey claimed we were getting a preferred price due to his working relationship with our general contractor. When we asked our GC directly, he had no knowledge of any such discount. It also never appeared as a line item in any written quote. - When we asked for the material and labor pricing behind that supposed discount, Casey declined to provide it, saying the numbers had been belabored. That lack of pricing transparency was a genuine red flag. - We were initially quoted over $5,000 for a stove hood, well above what's standard for this type of project. Casey later reduced the price by simplifying the hood's construction. This was a scope reduction, but he later characterized that reduction as a "discount," which is misleading. - Black Mountain advertised a promotion on their website. We met the stated criteria, and Casey refused to honor it. - My first interaction with Casey was Friday at 4:28 pm. That email gave an ultimatum that "pricing is valid through the end of today." His unnecessary sales pressure continued after I asked for one business day to review. If you're still considering Black Mountain despite this warning, I strongly encourage you to get every price and discount itemized in writing before committing. Buyer beware!

  I'm an Interior Designer with 14 years of experience in the industry in Nashville and I have worked with Black Mountain on a couple jobs now. It's been a great experience and I look forward to more collaboration with them! Cabinet orders are a big investment and have a lot of detail, it is essential to me that the vendor I bring to my client delivers a great product and great service. Kraig, Casey, and the rest of their team have been wonderful to work with and I feel confident recommending them to my clients. They are very organized, thorough, responsive, and can provide styles and finishes to fit any style and a range of price points for different budgets! Thanks yall!!!

  I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Black Mountain Cabinets on my kitchen remodel. I first contacted them in January, but my project didn't begin until June. At no point did I ever feel pressured to move forward before I was ready. They respected my timeline, answered all of my questions along the way, and allowed me to make decisions at my own pace. That level of patience and professionalism meant a great deal to me. From the initial planning stages to the final installation, the entire process was handled with expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding. They are beautifully crafted, exceptionally well-built, and have completely transformed the look and functionality of my kitchen. Every detail reflects the pride Black Mountain Cabinets takes in their work. Nicole was great to work with during the design phase and helped bring my ideas together into a design that worked beautifully. A special thank you to Kraig, one of the co-owners, for his knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure everything came together perfectly. And a huge thank you to Roger, whose installation work was exceptional. His craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail were second to none, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. The entire team made what could have been a stressful remodeling project an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a company that offers outstanding customer service, beautiful, high-quality cabinetry, I highly recommend Black Mountain Cabinets. I absolutely love my new kitchen and am so grateful to everyone who helped make it a reality.
