  I needed to discuss options for an alternative igniter, vent, and fireplace mantle, etc. Matt did a great job with that! Then, he cleaned out my dryer vent so I can feel more confident in its safety. Prices are reasonable. Showed up in the timeframe given. I was completely happy with the service.

  Brandon Wwhitehead cleaned my flueless fireplace and explained how the switches all worked. He explained options to update it also. I especially like that Ashbusters sends a picture of your tech then, in real time, shows his ETA. Ashbusters is turn key from start to finish. Get your fireplace checked out in time for their Spring discount!

  Eric did a fine job. They came well before scheduled time and we were away. They were still able to do set up, however, strong preference is a simple meeting of the commitments of what, where, when. If revisions are necessary or useful, let’s agree to them in advance. A culture of “no surprises” is best in a service industry.

  After calling a couple other places for dryer vent cleaning and them not answering, this place answered right away, was very helpful and kind, got me a quick appointment at a fair price, Alex came and did it and he was fantastic and very nice. I’ll be using them for my biannual dryer vent check going forward.

  I have been using Ashbusters for several years now and they ALWAYS do top notch work. I am alerted when someone is on their way, receive a picture of who to expect and that team member is always on time. They are respectful, tidy, informative, and always leave me feeling confident in their work. Shawn did a great job and I would be happy to have him on my service again. Would recommend a hundred times over!
