  Jason was fantastic! He was very personable and professional. Jason explained in detail the issues we were facing regarding our chimney. He took pictures of the problem and provided solutions to fix it. Jason reviewed in-depth the cost. We were very pleased with him.

  Brandon and Austin did a phenomenal job at our inside & outside fire places! Couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service & knowledge to get the job done. 10/10 reccomend ash busters in the middle tn area!

  Tyler and Nicholas did a great job and we're very flexible in regards to timing. My window was from 12:30 to 4:30 and he reached out around 10:15 and said he had flexibility to start sooner. Got it done before the window time and I'm very satisfied!

  The work itself was great, many thanks to Rob Crips. Back office coordination was hectic. The project manager who initially came out promised one timeline, then once we'd paid our deposit the office quoted another timeline 3 weeks later. I asked to get back on the original schedule and they said yes. When the day came, no one showed or called. I asked when they'd be here and they said our stove wasn't even in the country yet. Took them over a week to get us an answer on when it would be. The project manager also said the whole job would be done in 1-2 days, but then there was a 5 day gap between their first visit and when they came back to do the last step. But we love the stove!

  I was in a nightmare situation - a bird stuck deep on the outside of my chimney. An animal control company had already come and gone with zero results, and I was resigning myself to hearing it slowly pass over the next few days. Then - Troy Knox showed up at my door. From the moment he arrived, Troy brought a level of determination and investigative energy to this job. Watching him work was genuinely impressive - methodical, focused, and clearly someone who actually cares about animals and getting the outcome right. And he did. That bird flew free, and I was there to see it. But it didn't stop there. Troy took the time to walk me through exactly where and how the bird had gotten in through my attic, so I actually understood my own home better after he left. That kind of thoroughness was well appreciated. He was communicative, punctual, and explained everything in plain language - never talked over my head. And for the ladies reading this: I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. So did the bird, obviously. That matters, and it says a lot about who he is. Troy Knox from Ashbusters is the real deal. Don't hesitate - just call him.
