  Brandon was excellent. He took time to explain everything he did and how I should operate my fireplace. There was a hiccup in a piece that was to be installed. He was very apologetic and let me know it would be taken care of very quickly. Despite the issue the experience was a good one. I would recommend Ashbusters and I will use them again.

  The Ashbuster employee was very professional and considerate of our home. He explained what was wrong, what needed fixing and made recommendations regarding fireplace insert. We will definitely use them again in the future.

  Chad performed a thorough job of cleaning checking the gas logs and checking to see if the Fireplace worked. I was very pleased with his work. He was knowledgeable about the workings and cleaning of a fireplace.

  Your technician Brandon Cone was courteoous, professional and efficient in his work, and knowledgeable about our Valor stove. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and nice that you have special summer rates for getting our stove ready for winter.

  We had a somewhat complicated installation process. There were permits and engineers and code things that happened. It wasn’t particularly smooth sailing from a…global standpoint. But. The thing that mattered the most to me was that the entire team at Ashbusters was responsive and professional and stuck with us. When there were issues, they helped us. They fixed a couple things that needed fixing. They were SO EASY to work with. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a company be so thorough with their follow up or their willingness to continue to work on things that got complicated. If we were going to have a complicated installation process, I’m really glad it was with this team. They were so great. Shout out to Rob and Luis for being such lovely humans to spend time with while they were doing the work on the house.
