  Wade Siler came out and provided an honest, professional evaluation, suggestions and options. He even provided an alternative contact person for us once he determined that their product wasn’t the best fit for the in depth repair work we needed.   We had them work on water mitigation in our basement this summer. With the heavy rains they looked at our videos and formulated a good plan. When we had another small leak, their team was out and had it fixed with some new drainage lines in a week. I highly recommend them.

  AFS Nashville completed my crawl space encapsulation today and although I do not normally write reviews I am compelled to write this 5 star review. Nick Cianciolo was very professional and knowledgeable as he completed my inspection and then explained the scope of the project. I felt very confident when signing the contract that AFS was the right decision. Taylor and his crew competed the job on time, kept me informed of the progress along the way, were professional, kept everything clean, and took time to thoroughly explain the equipment and how everything worked. Five stars all the way from start to finish.

  Had a perimeter drainage system (which has worked really well) installed by AFS around 2019. Called today to schedule a routine inspection of the system, and got EXCELLENT over-the-phone support from Alex Stewart, who was very personable, professional, and got my appointment scheduled really quickly (for tomorrow, in fact). It's so refereshing to have such great customer service in this age of phone prompts and bots. Thank you Alex for making such a positive difference in my day! You represent AFS well.

  Collin, the Foreman on my AFS Work Crew in Nashville was fantastic. They did exactly what the AFS Salesman, Joel Aper wrote up in my contract. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the quality of the dehumidifier they installed, which is already working by eliminating the water in ny crawl space. Collin jacked the floor up to the maximum extent possible. The work crew took their shoes off to eliminate puncturing the lining that was used to encapsulate my crawl space. You get what you pay for as proven again! You get the annual inspection for 5 years including in the contract and it’s a lifetime contract on the work that was done on this foundation meaning that the warranty stays with the house. This definitely protects my investment long-term.
