  We had a very wonderful experience with A1 Garage. Customer service, initial consult tech Brandon and installer Chris all were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tech Matthew came later to install a last piece to the door opening that was on backorder. He was very patient to answer questions and to advise.

  In a world plagued by company schemes like bait and switch or just wearing down the consumer, A1Garage is different. Yes I got caught by the 29.99 "tune up" special. You know the guy comes out and scares you into doing business. Evan, the tech, was very friendly and explained everything (to be fair, I knew our garage was not in great shape as its 15 years old). I believe in the FAB approach to selling: explaining the Features, Advantages and Benefits and thats just what they (Trevor was our actual "salesperson) did. Expensive? Maybe but I'd rather pay a company that did things right than someone who says "yeah, I can install garage doors."

  Thanks for your timely response and support the technician was on time and exspland everything that was going on with my door and what was need to service my issue .He was very professional and curtius . He also took the time to show other products that would help my door proform better and last longer . That you for sending me a very knowledgeable technician keep up the great work sir I salute .

  Jeff Fulton came by to check on my ancient 22 year old Chamberlain garage door opener. It was screeching and not moving anymore. It was at its end of life and the only option was to replace it. Jeff was real transparent with the pricing and options. I went with the top tier opener due to their amazing financing options. Not only does my motor have a lifetime warranty but my belt does as well. Went above and beyond to explain my unit after it was installed and made it super easy. He even came back after going home since I messed up and accidently reset my opener after trying to hook up the wifi. Everything works now amazingly and with all the bells and whistles this opener has I'm beyond happy. Thanks Jeff!
