  ACI Supply and Mr. Darrell walked us through the process of purchasing bars for our windows and doors. Mr. Darrell was in constant contact with us from start to finish. Our home is in Quitman, MS and ACI still got the job done. My family and I are well pleased with the work ACI Supply. We highly recommend ACI Supply.

  We used ACI for precast concrete stairs for our apartment community. Daryll was courteous and efficient. He was able to get us the product that we needed a great price and much quicker than competitors.

  Wonderful company I've been searching for a replacement lock for my mom's iron door and was told by a lot of companies that the door was too old and the lock for that door probably couldn't be found anymore. I took a picture of the lock and called ACI. The owner knew exactly what type of lock it needed just from looking at the picture and made a few other suggestions on repairs. The prices were reasonable and the labor was less than I expected. Great company to do business with. Great job ACI

  Daryl does not take responsibility for his mistakes on business orders. Ordered security window bars that get shipped with unknown delivery day. The bars I received were not packaged for travel by freightliner company to deliver product with care. Finished welds on bars were not applied to both sides. Had sent photos of windows before shipping the security bars where they were to be placed with digital measurement from a digital measuring device. 10 Window bars ordered 4 were incorrect from invoice order. This Owner likes to take order which he claims are custom orders and cannot take back but these are half welded tacts to bars and can easily be unwelded and reused. The bars are spray paint and can easily be removed. Daryl, "YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS ARE POOR". The quality of the order I received were way under par. While your website tells a pretty picture of probably other people's abilities your artwork does not match what is shown. What come around, always goes around. While you may have have 20 years + in business it looks as if it may be time to put it down and stop taking peoples money without a quality product. If you cannot produce a quality product for customers to love and gladly pay more for, WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR? Is it just the money Daryl? Contact (BBB) for help if ACI Supply will not give you a refund. Sorry Daryl I trusted you and did as you request, paid upfront sent you documented Pictures and this the result. No one Daryl is perfect, I do not expect it from you however, I was willing to take the extra re-delivery charge from your order delivery mistake, I was willing to take the damaged paint on all the bars AND FIX IT MYSELF, I was will to take the unshipped bit to install the anchor screws but, I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE UNDER MEASURED PRODUCTS THAT WON'T FIT ALMOST HALF MY ORDER and get a local mobile welder {as you suggested} to put pieces to fix your mistakes. My client will not allow me to place any window bar from ACI Supply (your company) and is asking me to pay him back for the items or install different company windows security bars to his property. It is a crying shame you would not take back your window bars over money and your poor workmanship. Not to mention you had said you would send me client ordering your security window bars to install here in California, I would not install anything from ACI Supply ( your company) without physical proof of the quality expected by the customer ordering.
