  Water went out on a Saturday night. After three days of calling other places with no calls back and other no-shows, Don's team showed up exactly when they said they would, gave me a comprehensive understanding of the existing system, its performance, and the issues. It's not easy to bite the bullet for a big expenditure, but I feel much better trusting a family owned business long in operation who's willing to explain every detail to me and give thoughtful input on how to keep our investment working soundly. Thank you, Don and team!

  Please fix your fleet pickup truck, if I wanted massive clouds of diesel particulate smoke spewing out onto my car as I'm driving around with my kids In the car I would go to a rolling coal convention. In my opinion if you can't even maintain your vehicles it says a lot to me about other aspects of your business.

  Chase put in a new pump and pressure tank for my 26 years old sprinkler system and he was friendly, efficient and very prompt. I would highly recommend him!!!

  I have an existing well on my property that I wanted to get active again. All the mechanical and plumbing is already there. Seems like an easy job. I did want them to run a waterline to a spigot in the garden but most importantly just get the well equipment installed. I’ve reached out to this company patiently near 10-15 times for 6 months or more. They answer the phone but do not follow up. After the first 4-5 inquiries they finally came out for an estimate. They emailed me the estimate and I emailed back a few questions. No response to email at all. So I called again the lady at the store answered a few of my questions from the email that she could and passed on the rest. I asked for a start date. No response! I’ve called 3-4 times since then to see what’s going on. They tell me every time they will get back to me and never do. Very frustrating. If you don’t want my business or are to busy fine, But don’t waste my time. Just tell me you can’t help me so I can move on!
