Delivery was right on time and no problem with pick up either. We rented for a wedding and the bathrooms were super clean. This is always important to me. They had great communication that was perfect, email, phone and text as needed. The driver who delivered and picked them up was wonderful. He gave a complete tour and lesson on how everything worked. When I needed a question answered after hours he was there for me too! I really appreciated the team. I even spoke to the big boss to help with my concerns about getting to the location and he was so great to work with. All of our guests were most grateful for these systems and shared their gratitude as well. Thank you for taking our event to the next level with this service.

They got me scheduled right away. Jason came out to empty the tanks and has excellent customer service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and then called me when he got here. Affirmative. Upon confirmation of your event date(s) and selection of bathroom trailer rentals, we will send a rental contract via email for your signature.
How much power does a fancy porta potty trailer require?
Each trailer necessitates a dedicated 110V 20-amp power source within 100 feet of its placement. If power is unavailable at your location, we offer rental generators that are both quiet and convenient. These generators are provided with a full fuel tank, but for extended use, refueling becomes the customer's responsibility. Please note that during the winter months, power requirements increase to accommodate tank and water line heating.
What are the restroom trailer water requirements?
Our restroom trailers require a standard garden hose water faucet outlet within 50 feet of the unit. The garden hose remains connected to the trailer throughout your rental period. For winter operations, we provide an anti-freeze hose that needs a nearby 110v power outlet for connection. In situations where a continuous hose connection is not feasible, our team will fill the onboard tank with fresh water upon delivery for a nominal additional fee. How do restroom trailer deliveries work, and is there an additional fee?
For restroom trailer transportation within a 50-mile radius of our facility, we charge a fee of $4 per mile (one way). Deliveries beyond this 50-mile range incur an additional pickup fee of $4 per mile. To determine the precise delivery charge for your location, please contact us with the specific delivery address.
Where can you park and set up the trailer?
The restroom trailer requires a relatively level and flat surface for setup, free from trees and overhanging branches. The path to the setup location must have a minimum overhead clearance of 10 feet from buildings and tree branches to ensure safe and proper placement.
What about restroom trailer sewage pumping? What if the unit overfills? How do we monitor overall usage?
For short-term events, sewage pumping or fresh water refilling is typically unnecessary during the rental period. Our team will discuss your event duration and expected guest count to ensure the appropriate trailer is provided. For larger events or long-term rentals, we offer a restroom monitor/concierge service. Otherwise, the client is responsible for monitoring usage and arranging our pumping service before sewage overflow occurs. Our team can provide detailed instructions on the best procedures for usage monitoring.
What is a handicapped accessible ADA-compliant porta potty?
According to the ADA website, when portable toilets are provided for event participants, a minimum of 5% of all units, but never less than one unit, must be accessible. For multiple clusters of portable units, 5% in each cluster should be accessible. These units must be equipped with all required accessible elements, including adequate maneuvering space, grab bars, and reachable toilet paper dispensers. The international symbol of accessibility must be displayed on accessible units when not all units are accessible.
