- CRChristian RNAug 6, 20265.0We had a EZ Breeze three season room on the back on the house that was getting a bit long in the tooth - still worked, but was aging and needing some upkeep. We decided to replace with a year-round, climate controlled winter garden addition to the house that we could enjoy during the hot Tennessee summers as well as the cold winters. We asked Brian to come out and take a look at our house and discuss some options: just upgrade the room, or go even futher and add a second level to it and bump out my office into a dream hobby room/"man cave." In addition we decided to improve an existing neighboring bedroom with a better closet solution and convert the old closet into a nicer window for our son. Brian was quick to come back with a couple of really fair price options within our budget, so we decided to go all out and add two rooms instead of one. Work started when Brian estimaged it would, and got all the trades lined up to work together and around each other to get the addition built. Our goal was to have it all done by Christmas since we had family coming and wanted to have it ready to use. Aside from some uncontrollable weather delays, the project moved along nicely and the team put in the extra effort at the end to get it all wrapped up. The result was fantastic. The inspectors even noted to us that the addition Brian put in was build better than the rest of the house was 20 years ago - and on that I would have to agree! Solid work! Aside from the couple of things my wife and I decided we wanted to do ourselved, Brian's team handled it all including paint, flooring, lighting, door locks, outlets, HVAC ducting - all the finishing touches. I'm putting up a couple of before and after pictures for reference. Highly recommend this company, and thanks again to Brian and the whole team at Plantation Room Co.!
